The reports and extra costs y’all have created last couple yrs

We've been signed up for 2 weeks and can't get a hold of anybody and customer service to help us resolve the issues that we're having.

They set up my website as close as they could match to my previous one from Wix and they did a pretty good job (although I discovered some mistakes that were pretty bad, such as the wrong phone number for my store, they were easily fixed by me) but I am frightened of doing anything to it beyond changing the text.

The Sales Tax report is the worst, it does not break out non taxable items you must report in Colorado.
