- Besides sales and onboarding resources as a partner, Korona support has been the finest I’ve had the pleasure of working with in my 25 year career as an independent IT service provider.
- Customer service on nights and weekends is limited to 1 or 2 people, so if they get a doozy, you're sitting on hold for who knows how long during your busiest sales times. If I want to check sales on all of my Coors products, I can't just type in Coors and see which products sold or how many, you have to again open up every single product and run a product report.
- They set up my website as close as they could match to my previous one from Wix and they did a pretty good job (although I discovered some mistakes that were pretty bad, such as the wrong phone number for my store, they were easily fixed by me) but I am frightened of doing anything to it beyond changing the text.
- The Sales Tax report is the worst, it does not break out non taxable items you must report in Colorado.
