The collaboration with Meevo’s client services team as a whole has been nothing short of exceptional. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and partnership mindset have made a tremendous impact on our operations. They don’t just provide a service — they provide solutions, partnership, and peace of mind.
    Cons:
    While our overall experience with Meevo has been excellent, there are two areas where enhancements would make a significant impact for multi-location school networks like ours. 1. Bulk Add/Remove Capabilities With over a hundred Paul Mitchell Schools across the nation, the ability to bulk add or remove services and products would be a tremendous efficiency gain. Currently, when a school adds or removes programs, adjustments must be made manually — one item at a time. Because each program has a large number of services and product links, this process can be extremely time-consuming. A bulk editing function would save valuable time and reduce the margin for human error. 2. Rebooking Metrics for Educators At the moment, rebooking data is tied exclusively to students, which limits our ability to accurately measure performance and set goals for our Teachers. Since students are here to learn and not to meet business metrics, we’d love the ability to track and calculate rebooking percentages for the Teachers themselves. This enhancement would allow schools to recognize, coach, and celebrate educator contributions more effectively — something we believe would be a powerful addition to the Meevo reporting suite.

    The software is extremely complicated and unintuitive. It takes 20 minutes to check out clients and hours to make simple changes in scheduling, services, employees, etc. Things that should be simple take forever to figure out. The membership feature is horrendous, none of the staff including me could figure out why memberships were not going through and the answer was something NO ONE would figure out without customer service.

    EVERYTHING- see below but softare is clumsy, complicated and I have never used a system so difficult to understand

    One of our 7 resorts has used three Spa Solutions. Meevo has improved workflow, enhanced the guest experience, and continues to work with us to develop enhancements and interfaces. We truly value the relationship.

    While we strive to deliver a WOW factor for every guest encounter, Meevo has delivered the ability to spoil spa staff with its ease of use and demonstrated functionality that enhances the customer's spa experience while delighting spa staff!
    Cons:
    The proprietary wireless EMV card readers would not stay connected and held up the payment processing affecting the overall guest experience.

    I have had a good overall experience with Meevo. Not many issues to report. Just had one with Meevo pay deposits getting mixed up but it was fixed promptly.

    The thing I like most about Meevo is the customer service support and my business success coach. Also, they have a lot of options from marketing, Tippy and Vish. They are always adding something.
    Cons:
    It was complicated to get set up and used to using it. Now that I have used it a year and can find everything I need I like it a lot better.

    Tippy was integrated and the Phorest salesperson lied to me.

    We love using Meevo for our Salon and Spa software. It's very easy to use. When we do have a question the support team is always very helpful and kind. Appointments are a breeze to schedule and follow through with past visits, and the client data base is very useful and holds a lot of information to refer back to when needed.
    Cons:
    Nothing. Everything with meevo has been wonderful thus far. It's a recommendation to anybody that is looking.

We moved over to Mangomint a month ago and were told we could keep our Meevo until we finish moving over our memberships. Now all of a sudden they are still trying to charge us in April saying we did not give them a 30 day notice when the notice was given in February. It’s impossible to speak to someone in higher management, they literally gatekeep you from speaking to anyone. Let’s not even begin talking about how much their software sucks. You literally have to take a class to understand their reporting. Stay AWAY!

    What I loved the most about Meevo is it's ease of use. I also love the convience of being able to book my appointments in real time.
    Cons:
    Although it is not a Meevo problem per se, the one thing I least like about it is still having no call, no show appointments.

    The program is amazing now that it is set up. Booking and managing a client is easy. The reports are very thorough. Their customer support is out of this world helpful and friendly.

    The interface is very easy once you get a feel for how Meevo is set up. Their customer support is amazing. I call in at least once a week to get their help and they are always friendly and so helpful. Doing payroll with Quickbooks has been a breeze with the reports from Meevo.
    Cons:
    The initial set up was very frustrating. It took way too long to set up and get going and the different departments seem to not talk to one another. They also did not seem to want to give you the time needed for adjustment between what you were using for business and where Meevo was taking you. It was a very unpleasant transformation. It felt like we were getting the run-around and all they wanted was our money. However, now that we are through the setup process, we love the Meevo experience.

    Wanted something better that would track products and clients and was built for salons.

    Online booking and appointment management features were easy to use. Meevo had a lot of other good features including the membership program.
    Cons:
    I do believe the value for the cost was too high. There are similar programs at a much lower cost. Customer support can be hard to get ahold of.
