The Best and Most Important Startup Decision We Made

Looking for a software solution for our startup apparel company we chose perfect Fit and have never looked back. It has been designed by a team that knows systems but, critically, by people that understand business and how it all needs to work. From order entry to inventory control, finance, sales reporting and integration with the online world, Perfect Fit continues to impress. And if we run into an issue, help is always available and willing to take the time to teach. It is a remarkably intuitive program and has required very little customization in the seven years we’ve been at it. It has been a great partnership and I’m more than happy to take calls.

Pros:

The most important feature was that it was intuitive and, backed up by [sensitive content hidden] and his staff, help was always there when I got in trouble. Also, It can be customized to interface with other programs which makes PF user friendly to a lot of 3rd party applications available

Cons:

The financial package requires one to be accurate, even when you are in a hurry. It's a bit of a pain in the neck but absolutely necessary in the end.

Pros:

I have been working in Perfect Fit for MANY, MANY years with several companies. For apparel or anybody with complex inventory variants, there is not better solution! [sensitive content hidden] and the team constantly look to improve the product and provide first class support. You have a question, they are responsive and ready to help. From managing inventory to producing reliable, fast financial reports, Perfect Fit does everything! As we've gone into ECOMM, they continue to build API's that integrate your online stores to Perfect Fit- super helpful in the accounting and managing large volume transactions. It's a great team and excellent solution!

Cons:

There might be too many features--- there's areas we don't use, but we are not a production house.

It's a software designed for a small/medium companies that manufacture clothes. I really like the way that this software handles the invoices and how you can create different templates for the invoices in a very easy way. The support is very friendly and helpful, they can also help you while screen sharing, so they solve the problems and concerns very fast.

Cons:

I think this product is too expensive for what it does. There is a lot of business solutions that help you accomplish your goals for a small company and are less expensive. One thing that they can improve is the look and feel, because it looks like an old app from the 2000's

They are a boutique team and you feel it. Always there to answer your questions and help you and as a boutique company ourselves, it is a real value.

The system is pretty straight forward and is fluid enough to be personalized for what your company needs it for.

Cons:

I am very bad at custom lists so prefer them prepped for me.

Pros:

The best part of working with Perfect Fit is the responsiveness of the Perfect Fit team. When we need customizations, we are able to deal directly and efficiently with the Perfect Fit development team. They offer guidance in terms of the most efficient way to get what we want, not simply satisifed with doing what we ask but going further to understand the why.

Cons:

There are not as many off-the-shelf integrations for Perfect Fit, but the team is addressing this.

Excellent, easy to use software at a great price.

We have been using Perfect Fit for over 10 years as the software for both our private label manufacturing and women's sportswear line and it has met all our needs and more. It has all the essential features and truly makes our business run as efficiently as possible. Their staff is always accessible and very helpful and they are constantly adding new features to make the software even better. They really care about their customers. As our business has grown and diversified Perfect Fit has always been able to help us increase efficiency and overall operations within our company. Whether you are a just starting out or have an established apparel business, you really cannot beat the value and effectiveness that this software offers.

Great Customer Service

My experience with this software has been excellent. Any problems we have Alan and Sol are always available to help out or walk us through the issue. If ever I feel something could possible work better, the staff is very understanding and takes notes on my suggestions. Overall we have learned to love this software and have found it's the best decision we have ever made. It's more user friendly than Aims. It has really helped us grow our company and made things for us a lot easier.

Perfect Fit has been an ideal system for managing the varied aspects of our apparel mfg business.

Over the 14 years we have used the software, it has continued to evolve in useful ways that are the direct result of user feedback. The platform is cross-compatible between OSX and Windows-based systems. When problems have been reported, the company has consistently provided rapid response/software updates. The people at AG Systems are responsive, genuine individuals who actually care about the user experience with their product.

16 years running PFit and have great experience

We use the full function version so we handle all our business needs for AP, AR, Inventory, Order entry. The exception is the Payroll module, we use an outside firm as it is very cost effective for them to do the filings. Highly recommend for price and performance.
