About Broadly

Broadly is a reputation management solution that helps businesses in automotive, construction, medicine and other industries streamline operations related to lead capture, mobile payments and feedback collection. It provides a built-in web chat functionality, which enables sales representatives to establish two-way communication with prospects and customers.

Broadly allows organizations to collect customer reviews via email or text and publish them across multiple online platforms, including Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor and Nextdoor. It lets staff members maintain a database of customer contact details and interaction history. Additionally, managers and supervisors can use the reporting module to gain insights into customer recommendations, weekly reviews, customer interactions and employee performance.

Broadly facilitates integration with several third-party solutions, such as Quickbooks, Dentrix, NapaTracs, ServiceMonster and more. It also provides iOS and Android mobile applications, which allows local businesses to manage activities remotely. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone and email.

    how easy it was to start getting more reviews. It was instant, We received more than 15 reviews in the first month. It gives an easy to find appointment confirmation in our shop software.
    Cons:
    I would say there is nothing that stands out at this time we are unhappy with.

    It took the clients right to Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc to collect the reviews rather than their own site.
    Cons:
    Customer support was unresponsive and overall poor. Integration never fully automated. Very few actual reviews were collected. It just fell really short of what was promised and there wasn't an effort to improve it after numerous requests.

    We love that all of our communications between Facebook and Instagram are centralized.
    Cons:
    The marketing campaigns are lacking and just because you respond on the broadly does not clear the notifications on the other platforms.

    Overall Broadly has been very easy to work with. If I have a question Kaz is there to answer it for me. It is a great piece of software.

    What I like most about Broadly is how easy it was to set up, how easy it is to use, and how easy it is for customers to use. We have been using Broadly since 2019 and it has helped our clients tremendously. We are able to respond quicker and meet the client where they are. It has helped raise our google reviews and ultimately help new clients find us online.
    Cons:
    I have not delved into the mass texting/campaigns yet. I would love to be able to send one text message to a bunch of leads letting them know about a sale. I think the review request from Broadly should be more frequent that first week of service.

    None at the time but I know of a lot of people who use Podium. When I talked with Podium it seemed that they had everything Broadly could do but for so much more money.

    The best part about broadly is that it is easy-to-use and can be automated to solicit for reviews from new and existing customers that most likely would have never given a review even though they wanted to. It gives the nudge they need to help our business out and makes them feel like they are contributing to our success and to the community by voicing their opinions.
    Cons:
    I have yet to find anything I dislike about the product.

    Cons:
    The customers have the option to ONLY give us a thumbs up. Professionally speaking, customers breeze by this when looking for a contractor, and only read full reviews of our services.

    Very affordable way to introduce web chat, therefore getting more leads. Also a great way to ask for reviews via email or text.
    Cons:
    You cannot build advanced conversation bots using their web chat, it's just a simple response and then manual follow up.
