About NiceJob

NiceJob is a cloud-based reputation management solution that helps organizations manage reviews, referrals and sales. Key features include emailed review invitations, review reminders, reputation monitoring, website integration, SMS messages with photos, custom invite templates, social accounts and more.

NiceJob features automated emails and text messages that trigger customers to leave reviews. Reminders are sent if customers don’t leave a review. Users can create customer stories using photos, comments and tags in the reviews. Customer stories can be published to the website and selected stories can be shared to Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn as well.

NiceJob distributes reviews on sites with the help of a review funnel. The solution automates marketing by integrating with apps such as JOBBER, FieldPulse, Zendesk, Quickbooks, Zapier and Housecall Pro.

NiceJob provides its services on a monthly subscription basis. Support is provided via email, live chat, online documents and an online help desk.

The best reputation management platform for small businesses

Being one of the smallest companies in a competitive market, it was a struggle to show the public how much our clients loved us. This has made it easy for all of our clients to share their experience, for us to show the client outcomes and then it's a great platform to update our website and social media sites with all of it.

Nicejob my favorite

It is a great pleasure for me on Nicejob platform. It has been my favorite reputation management tool for a long time. I always enjoy every bit of it.. However, customer service team needs to be worked on.

Could be a better app

If like to travel this is for you. The ones i qualified for where too far to go bag and forth every day. Would have to move but might be worth it if the party and ischia were better

NiceJob allows us to collect reviews on multiple platforms and share those reviews with ease. It is fully integrated with our CRM and it affordable.

Cons:

I wish all the widgets integrated with our website however their Convert website service should solve that issue.

Signpost sent premature post to our prospects before any jobs were completed. Customer began to become annoyed with this action which cause us to lose a prospective customer.

Super Easy Way to Get Reviews and Look More Trustworthy

Overall, my experience with NiceJob was great. It made getting reviews feel really easy, and I loved seeing them pop up online without me having to chase people. The automation saved me a lot of effort, and it honestly gave my business a more trustworthy image. The only drawback for me was the cost, but the results made it feel worth it.

What I liked most about NiceJob is how it takes the stress out of asking for reviews it just runs in the background, and suddenly you’ve got happy customer reviews showing up online without having to chase anyone.

Cons:

What I liked least about NiceJob is that the price feels a little high when you’re just starting out, and I sometimes wished the review displays could be customized more to match my style.

It's made the process of asking for reviews or feedback completely automated. Now we can just watch the information come in. We were very pleasantly surprised with the number of 5 star reviews coming in weekly. This has helped our online reputation grow exponentially.

By integrating NiceJob with my customer software we're now able to eliminate manually asking customers for reviews, and can easily get 5-10 new positive reviews per week - with our eyes closed. We literally don't even have to press a button, as soon as we close a job it automatically gets sent into NiceJobs pipeline. Nice job follows up, and will leave the customer alone once they leave a review. It will tell you when and where the customer left the review as well - yes you can remove people who'd like to be removed. There is also another feature that we found extremely useful. Say goodbye to bulk mailers. Have a customer referral program? Send out blasts for that with NiceJob. Anything relevant to your business. For us, it was getting as many 5* reviews as possible, and making awareness of our paid referral program. If you're trying to find a way to make NiceJob work for your specific needs. I'd say to give them a call, they will give you tailored help to make it fit your account. Like I said above, adding tags in our case helped NiceJob to filter out who and who not to send the review requests to. It's probably the most simple yet robust system we've added to our artillery here.

Cons:

This issue was an US problem - but not wanting NiceJob to reach out to customers we really knew were not happy, or warranty customers or for whatever reason. We resolved this by tagging the customers in our customer software as "noreview" so NiceJob would not auto-send them review requests.

I love how we have the option to send ratings to all of our customers after the work is provided. It's an amazing option and it lets other consumers know that we are who we are.

Cons:

The amount of times it send the review request. I did finally figure out what the issue was but I wish I would have known that was going to happen sooner.
