About DeltaBid

DeltaBid E-Procurement is a cloud-based supply chain solution that offers supplier management, procurement and strategic sourcing features. It enables users to store procurement-related information at one place which helps them control the entire process by viewing current and past requests. The solution also offers transparency into the process and increase supplier participation.

DeltaBid E-Procurement helps in the preparation of electronic RFPs that can be sent to suppliers directly. Once a due date arrives, the solution will automatically gather and organize all of the bids received so that users can review relevant information. It also provides event templates and enables users to copy the template from a previous event.

Other features include RFQs, RFIs, reverse auctions, bid comparison and real-time supplier tracking. It also provides an integrated message board that helps companies communicate with suppliers. Services are offered on per user per month subscription basis.

Pros:

ABB selected Deltabid for the perfect match we needed. E-procurement together with requisitioning is perfect combination when organisation start centralizing procurement operations. It is so easy that everybody in the company can start to use from the first event. Deltabid has good customer service and you can easily get contact with the specialists.

Cons:

I think they charge too little for that wonderful solution.

An useful tool for busy people

The beauty of DeltaBid is the ease of use. It required no training and got our sourcing process organized saving us about half the time compared to using email.
