About SchoolTonic

SchoolTonic is a cloud-based school management system suitable for schools of all sizes. It provides staff, teachers, students and school administrators with student academic history records, enrollment management, calendars, options for paying student fees and other tools.

Administrators, staff, students and teachers can all have different login portals and access to a different set of tools depending on their needs. Dashboards include summaries of information such as teacher and student attendance, metrics for the school overall, events and holidays and schedules for classes.

Teachers also have access to a tool for managing different exam types, tracking subjects taught, recording grades and more. Payments to the school and fees due can be tracked using the payment module. Document management, text message notifications and special events can also be managed with SchoolTonic.

Support is available through online chat. Pricing is per institution per year.

Easy to use. I have three kids in the school system and this makes it easy to keep track of all school announcements and events

Too much user freindly and vedio tutorial is available for new user.Work like a research institution

Benefits are Versatile. Just to say in a single sentence....Poor children of our Jute mill workers are blessed with this School Management Software which is working not like a business company but as a Research Institution.

Pros:

Back office is available for 24 x 7 for our daily problem's solution and above always update as per school's daily need. Back office team is so cooperative and understanding.

Cons:

Hard to say because they update the software immediately if we face any problem. Price of software is also resonable. Only 10 to 15 rupees per head student.

user friendly

I wish there was a platform for balances since not all parents pay full fees and also additional fees is not available if you have collected fee for a certain month maybe it was not full fee you can be able to receipt for the same child on the same month and that will be an issue to any school

The software is user friendly,

The School Tonic is user friendly. The customer service excellent. The fee futures of the software need to be adjusted to suit some users whose fee may be paid by installment. I also wish to suggest that provision to print receipt on POS be added. The School Tonic sure will become the best. Keep it up.

I just want to say one sentence...."A revolution in School management system."

school tonic is very good

The School Tonic is user friendly. The customer service excellent. it popular day to day and added more future.i like this.but it need to add more facilites to improve teacher parents communication and mobile app.

I must confess, using SchoolTonic is a wonderful experience. My school isn't the same again.

I can now manage almost all the aspects of my school in a way never experienced before. My management team, students, as well as all my staff now experiencing work efficiency, effectiveness and cooperation on a different dimension.
