The auto email notifications and the reports that can be generated. I also like how user friendly the customer view is, and the ability to customize it.
Cons:
It is very complicated, with a million questions to figure out, but with the great customer service, it makes it easier.

I Love This App for Solo Practitioner

They are reliable, and provide a good service that I need for my business. As a solo attorney I need to have an easy system to do things and they help.

Pros:
I have used this for years and it is invaluable. My answering service and I can all coordinate and access the format from different locations. They also have an app so I can get my data anywhere. It is vital for my business.
Cons:
There is nothing I don't like. Everything is positive. I have lost contact a couple times but that was years ago.

Poor. Clunky, difficult to make anything other than a standard appointment. Want something different than their template? You are out of luck. Want to cancel? You are out of luck

It worked...most of the time. It didn't work well, and it was difficult to get the value for the money spent.
Cons:
Clunky, it only fits a particular type of office. I am a solo practitioner, and they more than doubled the rate....with no additional value. I tried to cancel 6 months ago, but they seem unable to respond.

Cons:
Had some minor malfunctions when switching between browsers. Prior to the change in ownership, customer service was not optimal.

A reasonably priced scheduling system

For the most part it has been a positive experience, I would say when requesting some changes that would help all users, it has taken much longer than I believe it should have.

I won't list them all but it basically does all of the main things our business needs to schedule appointments.
Cons:
Not easily customizable for a reasonable cost.

At the time there were not very many options at a price we could actually afford to start with as we were a very small company. The nice thing is the Appts Plus could expand as we have.

Easy access to the app. We have our interpreters using it on their phones. They also like the fact user name and password can be saved and they don't have to type every time they need to use the app.
Cons:
Few times the system was very slow. In our case that is downer because or customers call us and they complain, but Day Smart fixed the problem right away.

2 WAY SMS CONFIRMATIONS THAT AUTOMATICALLY UPDATE THE CALENDARS STATUS ONCE THE CLIENT HAS CONFIRMED VIA SMS
Cons:
THEYRE POP OUT WINDOW BUT THAT IS GOING AWAY SOON. YOU DONT HAVE THE ABILITY TO EDIT YOUR OWN SMS MESSAGES - THEY HAVE TO DO IT FOR YOU

Nice interface and a much better user experience since recent updates. The making of appointments by call center has greatly improved with regards to the process involved. The reports are also helpful.
Cons:
The administrative functions are harder to work with. There are certain functions that are missing including the ability to remove all clients. This function requires intervention by the support team and comes at an additional cost. Customization is not always easy with regards to creating and editing appointment slots.

Christopher, thank you for your review. It sounds like your concern is the difficulty in administering the system. I'm aware of your account and your unique situation of needing to delete all customers in your database periodically. That isn't a common use case and it is true that we do not provide a way for users to delete all of their customers at the same time. We made a decision to not include this feature because we felt that it posed too much of a risk to our clients. Thus, we do it upon request, as needed, and with a signed approval form. Thank you for also pointing out the improvements we've made to the interface and the user experience. We are always striving to provide more value to our clients.
