About AutoDS

AutoDS is a cloud-based dropshipping platform designed to help businesses manage orders and monitor changes in stock levels and product prices across different sales channels. Features include performance metrics, profit calculation, automatic price optimization and real-time update.

Using the dashboard, retailers can handle multiple stores, monitor active or untracked listings and calculate the number of orders placed through graphs. The solution lets users schedule bulk uploads, modify cost settings, and set up location and policies. It comes with a product monitor feature, which helps supervisors track product quantities on supplier listings, estimate shipping time, and automatically add source ID and SKU to uploaded items.

AutoDS offers integration with third-party platforms BlueCareExpress and HipShipper. It provides mobile applications for iOS and Android devices. The solution is available on monthly subscriptions and support is provided via live chat and documentation.

Pros:

This service is easy to use therefore it is recommended for novice drop shippers. Item lister is excellent that's what I use every day.

Cons:

Order fulfillment has to improve. And item price monitoring and stock monitoring need more improvement and has to be reliable and more robust.

Charged $248 Without My Consent – Worst Experience Ever

My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I tried their service for one simple month in July 2025, subscribed only to the small monthly plan, then paused my account. Months later, when I logged in to cancel it completely, I discovered that they had withdrawn an outrageous amount of 248.70 USD—for an annual plan I never accepted. I was shocked and disgusted. I immediately canceled my account to avoid more charges, and now I can’t even log in to discuss the issue with them. This situation feels dishonest, stressful, and extremely frustrating. I need this money back urgently. I never authorized such a payment.

Honestly, the only positive point was the idea of the service itself. The concept looked simple and useful when I tried dropshipping for one month back in July 2025. That’s it.

Cons:

Absolutely everything else. They charged me a huge annual fee I NEVER agreed to, even though my subscription was paused, and I had only subscribed to the smallest monthly plan. They withdrew 248.70 USD without my consent, without warning, and without any way to contact real support. And after I canceled my account out of fear of being charged again, I couldn’t access it anymore—making it impossible to resolve the issue.

Pros:

Super user friendly. You can get answers to your questions by different channels. You can watch videos online, live-chat with an agent 24/7, email (get response within 24 hours), and even contact a mentor in the field. I would highly recommend it to anyone on any level. I am fairly new to this and they support me with anything! Thanks so much.

Cons:

Not having that much control on the sourced product from AutoDS. No access to Bill of Lading of the product, you can't return or refund the item, you don't have access to the supplier's info...

Reasons for switching to AutoDS

Because they only operate in the US, and I am in Canada and sell in Canada. And low marketplace choices too on Spocket.

Cons:

I am not quite sure as they have made it clear that what they don't have can be acquired upon request. This in addition to what it currently offers

Scammers - keep away

I wish I had take these negative ratings seriously and had thought about it before joining. I cancelled my account and thought that was it. But after few months, I saw that they had started to debit my card for no use of their services. When I contacted them they plainly refused to help or refund me because they claimed I had active account. When I showed them my evidence they promised to review but never refunded any money. And still keep taking money. I have to lodge formal complaint against this scam company with bank and fraud agencies. Run miles from these scammers.

Grabbing money, misleading, hard to cancel your subscription. Once you cancel they will deactivate your account and keep taking money. Absolute night mare

Easy to list products with little effort.

Cons:

Ruined my seller score by not updating inventory as was supposed to be designed to do costing me hundreds of dollars per sale. This platform is setup as a cash grab for their company. Extremely high fees. They take advantage of the customers on here.

AUTODS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

The customer service provided was great. I use their Chat tool and the agent on the other side was very patient and responded to all my questions. Furthermore she went the extramile and provide images, and links, and provided the explanation and support I needed. GREAT JOB, GUYS!

Cons:

The tools has a couple o glitches that it did not allow me to change the price of the sourced product which is capture automatically when passing the information from the side. When set higher than the real price, it does not allow you to list the product. I learned that you can increase the potential loses when setting the order prices. which is workaround mechanism but not perfect. They should have and override button that allows you to correct the number passed to the system. Also something that I did not like was the price of the automation feature.. If you want to use automation, you have to pay 5% of your sales... which is horrible. Imaging if you make a $100 sale to earn $10 , you will need to paid 5% of your sale, that means $5 dollar... That is crazy! Now if the 5% is on the profit...then it would be 5% of $10 that is $0.50 which it will be ok. But 5% of the sale is crazy and big NO NO.. I thing this policy must be revised. They should know that other software companies offer the same automation for free. Can anyone confirm if I understood it correcly? So I guest that I will use the manual approach.

Half-baked, VERY buggy software, exceptionally terrible customer support

The tool is lackluster, buggy, overall a disappointment but okay whatever I would move on - the ONLY reason I am reviewing this tool at all is because I cancelled before the trial ended, my account was terminated (can no longer login) but AutoDS keeps charging me. When I contacted them about it I got rude customer service that quoted their "policies" as an excuse for fraudulently charging my card after cancellation. When I informed them I had cancelled they continued to be rude, dismissive, and claim my account was still active even though I can't login. This behavior reflects the value they place on their customers. For this reason alone, even if the tool was great, I would NEVER use AutoDS. If you want to place your credit card details into a site that will keep charging after cancellation this is the tool for you.

Honestly, there was nothing about this software that stood out or was great. Even other mediocre tools do a better job.

Cons:

Almost every feature is buggy. Most features feel like they are in beta and not ready for the public. Their supposed product research tool is a joke and essentially worthless. Lister builder is okay but lacks in so many ways. It feels like it was made by somebody who has never dropshipped before.
