Great Texting solution

But overall I like the ease and features. The portal is easy to navigate. I wish there was a better price for the images to attach to texting overall. But I understand the phone carrier fees

Very easy to set up and transfer client data into the portal. I had the cab file ready and it was done within the first 20 minutes

Cons:

For some reason we got many that we had verified but they responded with “Wrong name” “ I’m not (first name)

Podium was difficult to understand. The portal was not user friendly

Loved the ease of using, need more from the app.

Lots of unnecessary promo emails- but very glad for how easy it is to use and how easy to track how many texts we've sent. I appreciate ability to duplicate, schedule or send recurring messages.

Like the quick contact list adding with copy and paste. We give opt in our online registration for our community center's after school programs and utilize EZ Text for program updates for parents. It's so helpful to update quickly from our spreadsheet.

Cons:

The app used to be helpful but is not not helpful at all. For whatever reason, I'm not able to send texts to our ready made groups. The functionality of the app version is not great compared to the easy use of the web browser version.

I'm not a fan of usage credit pricing, but understand why they and others do so. Features outweigh the per message cost.

EZ texting lives up to its name, really is easy!

I’ve really enjoyed using it! Really glad I found this service to grow my annual community board gaming event that I host.

It allows me to keep my group updated easily via SMS instead of by email, messy group texts or discord. My crowd is growing so this has helped me scale easily.

Cons:

I wish there was an app I could use, I access it from Chrome on my phone and I’m constantly having to login and don’t get notifications easily of responses received.

I’m a one person show with a crowd of about 50 people right now so the price point was perfect for me and it was the simplest one that truly is easy to use for what I need.

Easy set up and great service!

Easy to set up, great value for money, impressive looking interface, simple menu and controls. Lots of resources to help when you are starting. Would recommend them to anyone!

How easy it was to set up and get going. There wasn't a lot of waiting around, everything was easy to register an set up and we were using the service immediately.

Cons:

The app doesn't always alert me to let me know there is a message, sometimes I find unread messages that I wasn't notified about but it's manageable for what we use it for.

Have not had any issues at all with EZ Texting. This has been one of the easiest texting platforms I have used.

I really don't have any cons. I've used other bulk texting platforms and EZ Texting lives up to it's name, EZ. Which is what I need.

The approval took more time than we were expecting. Also charging more credits for certain characters.
