Cannot speak highly enough of the customer service from reps. Has been exceptional, and far surpasses any service we have had in the past.

Pros:

1)Flexibility of some of the moving parts. 2)The customer service. 3)Access to database and ease of emailing different groups.

Cons:

1)When you need to register a player or are doing a search for the schedule, it has to rebuild and take you to the top of screen and you have to scroll down again. This is more during the registration of a player process. 2)Not having a link to outside groups to have player permits for other Leagues.

1. Issue with going to the top of screen was fixed. 2. There is a method for registering (for free) junior players where these junior players can be called up to specific games. (They show on the virtual ID cards and Roster for the specified game).

Pros:

Has made the registration process, production of player cards, referee assignments, team registration, and scheduling, paperless with the user inputting all of the data. All fees are paid online by credit card. Fabulous system, with amazing display of data for us and for teams and players. Most importantly, the software has been customized to our needs. This has been very demanding but every request has been met. Couldn't be happier.

Cons:

Nothing so far. Used this system 10 years ago for North Shore Girls Soccer club. Used by some of the biggest leagues in BC. Highly recommend.

I enjoy most sports and i find that the interface is easy to use and gives me the information i need

It can a bit more clear and can be easier to use better functionality overall for the user would be good

Customer Service Extraordinaire!

Since our first meeting with Randy, SpAppz has been attentive to our needs, flexible in providing necessary adaptations, and always ready with a response to questions or our 'self-inflicted' errors. We've had offers from other programs and companies but truly value our relationship with Randy and the SpAppz system. For clubs of any size, I would highly recommend their programs.

It is relatively easy to use, even for someone with little or no experience in 'code'. Randy has always been extremely helpful and flexible in meeting our varied needs.

Cons:

At my age, the small print is a minor issue. If there is one complaint from our members, it's that the type is small.

Able to give various groups their own autonomy to enter and manage their piece of the overall data. Report/emailing gets information into out to end-users quickly.

Seems a bit antiquated. Needs more historical data and data features.

Excellent sports management program for a very affordable price

We have improved league communications tremendously and reduced the administrative time required for scheduling, posting games, score recording, game rescheduling in-season and player movement.

Bought this software for the Electronic ID card feature , also love the communications features including game change notices , the ease of use in posting games and the scheduling functions. The customer support for the software is absolutely outstanding !!

Cons:

Don't really dislike anything yet. A few team staff (volunteer parents) have been challenged by the move to an electronic system.

Electronic ID card feature, online call-ups (permits) and discipline Better billing structure - other programs geared towards single clubs, whereas we are a district with 8 clubs. Affordability - GREAT value for the money!

It's a web based application so it's accessible from anywhere. The platform allows us to manage our website, collect registrations, manage teams and coaches, prepare ID cards, and more all under one umbrella. The customer support is excellent - always quick to respond and help with any issues or questions.

Cons:

While anyone in our organization could fully manage our website without having any HTML or web development knowledge, to fully customize certain things it is helpful.

Top notch
