Amazing Products and Staff

Love StatStak, which we would have switched years ago! We have spent thousands on fees and products memberships in the past.

Highly recommend Baseline!

My overall experience has been excellent! A transition from a different software, and my client use your experience has improved dramatically, as has my staff experience! The ease of scheduling lessons on both the employee side and client side is very easy in the presentation of the Home website page they provide you is awesome!

Pros:

It’s easy to use for my staff and for our clients!! The onboarding was easy and the Baseline staff was very helpful. It’s a great product for the price! Baselines always adding new things to help keep the software running smoothly!

Cons:

Some of the things in a series can’t be edited after they have been created. Going through and changing the time in every single one of them is a bit difficult.

Pricing and appearance. And again based in Ireland.

They were pricey and customer service was in another country (UK) and was pretty spotty. User experience was not positive.

Statstak is a GREAT platform

Customer support team is unlike anything else I've experienced with any platform I've ever worked with. The response time and knowledge of responses is incredible. That, and their continued improvements, make this a truly great platform.

Pros:

This is absolutely built for our business. Nearly everything that we need is all in one place, allowing us to remove other ways that our business has operated in the past, and remove other platforms we are paying for. They continually update to improve and add features.

Cons:

As they grow and update, there can be occasional bugs that happen. In particular, have noticed delivery reliability of the messaging function missing people from time to time. We are talking about a small number in 1000's of messages we send. Recently, they have made strides to help with this, which is appreciated. This is the only thing keeping this from a 5 star product.

Total functionality from a team management perspective. Much more of a "one stop shop" for everything we need.

Pros:

Extremely easy to use once you get going. Communication is fast and extremely helpful. [sensitive content hidden] is the BEST

The programming feature kicks kids out and then they have to restart from scratch vs starting where they left off with the numbers that they put in

Payment was cheaper. Staff is very hands on. AI made it much easier to do scheduling

Upperhand blamed my bank for late ACH payments to me. I purposely kept StatStak & Upperhand for 1 month to see if it was a bank issue and the results were very upsetting. They lied. I actually received 2-3 payments for every ONE payment from Upperhand. This often led to late payment fees and a ton of headaches on be backend for us. We actually really enjoyed Bridge since it was what we used for our strength tracking and more. However, having everyone in one place makes it more convenient for our clients

Customer Service is great! Developing processes based on feedback has always been top notch. [sensitive content hidden] are a pleasure to work with!

Cons:

The fees for high priced memberships or services is sometimes hard for the customer to swallow. But we understand that we are putting this on the customer instead of our business.

The scheduling, programming, and website design are my favorite features. The ability to provide support for our customers while also feature what need for our business is great.

Cons:

The membership creation can be tricky at times, but still convenient. Could allow for custom date starts.

180 Performance Center StatStak review

It has been a much more customer-friendly site to use than our old site with Mindbody! It’s easier to use on our end as well and makes our jobs simpler! The only downside again that we have struggled with is the reporting! It is easy to create events and copy lessons from one week to the next, saving us steps in the process!

Pros:

The simplicity and customization of the website is very user-friendly! It is easy to make changes and updates when you need to! The company is always making updates and changes to the functionality of the website as well which is cool to see and the team is awesome to work with! We also use it to house our travel ball team information which has been very easy to use!

Cons:

The financial reporting has never really lined up with what our bank accounts say, which makes us nervous!

It is designed for our needs and what our clients need. We have used other services that we have to adjust to to fit our needs. StatStak allows us to design it how we need it

Cons:

There are some features that aren’t perfect yet. We would like a mass checkout option for clients as well as a simple way to limit who can sign up for specific groups
