    SofAula, a comprehensive platform that efficiently manages the entire educational process.

    SoftAula is a very complete and effective platform that creates structure in the teaching process, regardless of whether they are virtual or face-to-face processes.SoftAula guides us throughout the enrollment process, and its assistant guides us through the different stages, which begin with the choice of the group, the selection of the students who will participate in that enrollment, and the choice of activities related to that specific group. Additionally, with SoftAula we can interact, from the assignment of the class calendar, the billing of that student, and the integration with Moodle services so that the participants can be published on said platform.

    The registration process is extremely simple, since we simply select it from the list of existing students, and we can do this registration process both individually and as a block.The billing options are customizable, and are established by groups or individually, in addition to the fact that we can specify the generation of fees according to a rate and based on the conditions established for that group; On the other hand, we can generate the corresponding receipts to close the billing process, associated with the registrations in which it has been recruited. The billing module can assign pre-established conditions or allow you to do it later.
    Cons:
    Softaula covers everything necessary for an institution to manage student enrollment, billing, teacher payments, and actually all the elements that may be needed in any educational process, regardless of the type of institution. On the other hand, if we want to import data from other systems, or carry out exports, knowledge of IT expert personnel may be required, but after this, we can incorporate information without problems.In general, the management of the information is very effective and easy to visualize, after a small training process, and we can positively highlight that SoftAula, for example, shows us by default the groups that have available places, additionally, it allows us to incorporate a student from a specific date or from the beginning of the course.

    Muy contentos tanto con el propio programa, como con la atención del equipo de SoftAula. Es muy versátil, permite bastante bien adaptarlo a las necesidades concretas de nuestra empresa. Más de 5 años ya con ellos, y todo perfecto.
    Cons:
    Quizá que un dia tenga opción "en la nube" del propio programa (no solo de los datos), para no tener que instalar en cada PC.

    Solución todo en uno para escuelas

    En nuestro caso concreto hay varios procesos muy integrados como la parte de CRM con la gestión de medios, solicitudes automáticas de portales educativos, seguimiento del cliente, etc, que han potenciado la fluidez del departamento comercial y de admisiones en cuanto a la captación de nuevos alumnos. Otro hecho importante es que con el paso del tiempo la integración es cada vez mayor, y estan en constante mejora.

    Lo mejor sin duda es la cantidad de herramientas que incluye para utilizar en departamentos diversos como secretaría, contabilidad, administración, comercial, departamento técnico, etc. Además, todas las funcionalidades son adaptables y estan abiertos a desarrollos a medida. Una herramienta destacable es la generación de calendarios de clases, ya que incluye muchas opciones y variables para combinar espacios, profesores, grupos, asignaturas, etc, de una manera sencilla y visual.
    Cons:
    Están en constante mejora y búsqueda de nuevas funcionalidades, lo que a veces requiere un esfuerzo extra de mantenimiento en cuanto a actualizaciones, solucion de bugs, etc, si bien esto siempre repercute en la mejora del producto, y en hacerlo más completo.

    Nos pareció la más completa en cuanto a herramientas que podían resultarnos útiles. Además la consultoría con ellos es muy cercana y siempre estan abiertos a escuchar a sus clientes para incorporar nuevas mejores.

    Trabajamos con el CRM de softaula desde hace más de 5 años. La satisfacción es muy buena ya que la eficiencia en la escuela va acorde a las mejoras constantes del producto que son muy frecuentes. El contacto técnico es siempre con la misma persona y eso facilita el rápido y buen entendimiento de las soluciones propuestas. Calidad VS precio indiscutible.
