- I haven't used it much, but the feature to create graphics to share on social platforms is handy also.
- Would not engage with this company based on my experience trying to find out more about their service and that their pricing is not straight forward, unless you are a business that needs reviews based on multiple physical store locations...
- The reporting was very efficient, you could drill down into a customer portfolio and see all the earned/spent points at any given time.
- Can't generate test emails populated with dynamic data - have to put through a live order instead to see the whole journey
