About WinBill

WinBill is an on-premise and cloud-based telecom expense management solution that helps users analyze, control and monitor telecom expenses across the organization. The platform creates a centralized database of information that provides details of IT and telecom services, vendors, contracts and expenses.

The solution helps users automate telecom expense processes and manage IT and telecom budgets. Users can track recoveries and settle billing disputes with vendors using the system.

WinBill provides a database integration platform that can automatically import billing information from spreadsheets and other databases. The solution sends alerts to users when vendors erroneously bill disconnected lines or services. Users can track start and end dates of contractual obligations, actual spends and discounts received for all contracts. Users can also customize rate plans based on company needs and requirements.

WinBill provides summary reports for budget managers and IT groups with custom query capabilities. Integrations include Oracle and Microsoft. Support is provided over the phone and email.

    before winbill everything was done on spreadsheets and manually walked to accounts payable. Just one of the many benefits was to be able to input the invoice and have an electronic file sent to our accounts payable software.
