Un software completo per la creazione, gestione, organizzazione di pacchetti di viaggio. Semplice ed intuitivo con il quale è possibile gestire un database di clienti e fornitori per la creazione rapida di itinerari, partendo dalla fase di quotazione fino alla conferma ed all'invio dei documenti di viaggio. Il software permette di migliorare la qualità dei servizi semplificando i processi di vendita attraverso il collegamento a Channel Manager con aggiornamento in tempo reale di disponibilità e prezzi. é inoltre integrato con un sistema di contabilità per la visualizzazione e la stampa delle movimentazioni, pagamenti,sospesi, ordini fatturati, cancellazioni

Cons:

Nessuna nota negativa. Utilizzo Travelkey da anni ed ogni funzione mancante è stata prontamente sviluppata in base alle esigenze richieste.

Ottima esperienza. Riduzione dei tempi nella creazione di files o quotazioni. Creazione automatica dei documenti di viaggio dal proforma invoice al voucher. Prezzi e disponibilità sempre aggiornati grazie alle connessioni Channel /xml. Ottima la gestione Clienti e fornitori.

Facile ed intuitivo. Creazione automatica di documenti di viaggio e soprattutto Dell itinerario di viaggio. Conferme fornitori. Connessione con vari channel manager. Connessione xml con wholesalers. Ottima la gestione di report e statistiche.

Nulla. Tutto può essere personalizzato secondo le proprie esigenze.

La presentazione letta in internet, questa travelkey sembra la numero dei gestionalili.. ma in realtà tutto fumo, molta aria fritta e troppi bla bla bla..

"LASCIATE PERDERE ASSOLUTAMENTE" Buongiorno, siamo un tour operator con sede in Valtellina, stiamo cercando un CRM per la nostra nuova realtà azinedale.. compilato più volte il format presente sul loro sito, arriva una mail di risposta, che invita a scrivere una mail dettagliata al loro commerciale, oppure a contattare un numero di servizio cellulare. NIENTE.. in definitiva, abbiamo inviato più mail, ottenendo zero risposte.. compilato più volte il format contatti del loro sito, ed ancora zero risposte.. infine abbiamo chiamato il numero di cellulare indicato, anche in questa circostanza, zero risposte.. sono imbarazzanti, da 3 giorni, non otteniamo una risposta, oltre tutto, problematica segnalata anche da altri utenti..
