INVOX Medical is a medical transcription solution that helps enables physicians to report and enter clinical information into the EHR through dictation, saving time and streamlining their workflow. In addition, dictated reports are richer in detail and the use of abbreviations is reduced.

With INVOX Medical, transcription is done automatically and in real-time, wherever the doctor has placed the cursor, and the report is ready as soon as the dictation is finished, avoiding double validations and administrative staff having to transcribe the audio.

These dictionaries have been created by processing tens of thousands of anonymized medical reports using machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques. We also have a support and service team that guarantees a response within 24 hours for any incident.

Overall there are good and bad days

Overall there are good and bad days, sometimes it will help me work faster but sometimes it wont so it can be a little frustrating. I did buy the next version for a month and I dont think it was worth it.

Free trial does a quite good job Sometimes it helps to make the job faster Has the option to make some templates.

Cons:

Sometimes it does not recognize all the medical words and might transcribe some nonsense, at least in spanish. I dont know why there are days in which it does make wonders no problem but some days it seems it wont understand anything so i just give up using it. There are a lot of times when I click and lock to work in Word and it just write to times the complete or part of the sentence and i have to be erasing the whole time and it is pretty annoying. But yes i have to be constantly correcting lots of words

Ahorro tiempo para atender asuntos esenciales, evita la necesidad de revisar la transcripcion hecha por otra persona de forma anticuada y que de esa manera está sugeto a errores humanos.

Cons:

Se debería insistir más en la capacitación para conocer todas sus funciones. Creo tiene muchas que no he explorado.

El software en ocasiones funciona muy bien, en otras falla completa.

Es una muy buena aplicación de software para los dictados de reportes médicos, lamentablemente es impredecible su funcionamiento, falla por días y retrasa mi trabajo como en esta ocasión. NO PAGARIA LA VERSION PREMIUM O LA ANUALIDAD POR UN SERVICIO COMO ESTE.

Rapidez en mis reportes. Frases cortas que generan texto de frases o contenido extenso en pocos segundos.

Cons:

No reconoce palabras o frases, probablemente por cuestiones de español de Latinoamérica versus Español (España). Falla del sistema, que no resuelve al reiniciar ni el software o todo el equipo de computo. Si por alguna situación no se conecta el micrófono speechmike al encender la computadora y se conecta ya encendida al software de Invox Medical le es imposible reconocer el microfono, teniendo que desconectarme en horario laboral y reiniciar todo el equipo y por ende todos los softwares de mi trabajo y es comenzar de cero. En ocasiones dictó y aparece que esta comprendiendo el dictado y no aparece nada ni en el Word ni en el propio software y nuevamente se tiene que dictar todo una o dos veces, finalmente tener que escribir todo con el teclado por que no reconoce. La asesoría en línea o pronta resolución de problemas del software es 100 % dependiente de los horarios de Europa y estando en México no tengo pronta asistencia, siendo versión de prueba o versión con pago. Esto me genera retraso en mi trabajo.
