It allows to book appointments with multiple locations/people. It simplifies all the process and sync it with your calendar.

Pros:

It is easy to use and if you have any problems it is very easy to email someone and they will help you. They responded within minutes and what I love the most is that they are able to fix any mess ups I have done from their end.... that is key for a person who is not computer savvy;)

Cons:

I would like it if they had a system for my customers to pay....they said they were working on that.

Reasons for switching to Picktime

I did not find the program user friendly. I need a program that moves smoothly and helps me along. I need it to be smart to help me save time since I am not the greatest at computers.

Really liked the interface and set up was really use to do

Cons:

The calendar doesn’t do a two way sync with google calendar so required me to manually add appointments

Sometimes 3 % of my clients had trouble to make appointment as the link was asking them to sign up.The vast majority of my clients never had issue with that

Very easy to use. All that I need are here. Appointment Scheduling, Online Booking, Class Creation, Billing and Invoicing, etc. all in one place. Very useful.

Cons:

Zoom Integration is not included in the Free account. Other platforms such as Doodle has it on basic/free account.Payment Options are only Paypal and Stripe. Hope you can add more such as Payoneer, etc.

Pros:

The best part of this tool is that it is free and has good features to make appointments. Link can be shared at different platforms such as Facebook instagram, and company website. Even though it is a free tool it works efficiently. There are additional plug-ins to use for CRM, website connections and much more.

Cons:

I wish it could have feature to export the customers contacts into the excel file. It would make mass email easy for my small business.

Pros:

It is free but it provides a lot of facilities for booking a variety of services and classes by different resources in own or customer location. So many features are customizable so you can have your own banners, link (with limitation), and logo. You can also customize the calendar with different slots.

Cons:

I couldn't find help! There is no knowledgebase. It is true that using the software is easy. but I need to understand what is "resources" exactly or some other issues. using the software is a little bit confusing for administrators and they have to do some test for learning the software

Pros:

I recently found PickTime on another website. I loved the feature so I googled the company. I signed up the same night and installed it on my website. Within 1 hour, my employees were all listed and signed into the software. Within 24 hours my staff and clients were already using the software to book appointments on our website, mobile apps, and from our office!

Cons:

I absolutely have no issues with this software, its the best invention yet! Thank you!!

Brilliant scheduling tool

Great and easy setup. Have been using it to let interview candidates pick slots for interviews and it took a little setting up but works great especially with the Zoom integration.

Calendar synchronization and scheduling is a subject of great interest ~ a lot of people are trying to create an innovative solution. Picktime is clean, and efficient

Cons:

As with all calendar scheduling software programs, you have to be invested in using it regularly, and I often forget.
