Pros:

The product is easy to use and accessible, whether you work remotely or go in the office physically. it's really helpful especially if you're tying to make your work done immediately. I love using this product and its feature, this is highly commended.

Cons:

There's nothing that I don't like about VantageMDM. In fact, it's actually superb and commendable.

I choose VantageMDM over those alternative products because VantageMDM is much cheaper and they really have an accommodating staffs and excellent products features.

"Seamless device and application access via vantagemdm and vantagemdm protect"

Here at out organization we primarily use vantagemdm as Device management Solution, with vantagemdm agents and policies enabled on all enterprise devices advanced security policies are ensured. vantagemdm Protect with TOTP and Push notifications enable users a seamless experience to enable and use MFA , for all the devices , Web Applications and SSO enabled applications. I have been extensively working on Onboarding applications to enable SSO via vantagemdm User console, vantagemdm successfully supports application integration with standard protocols like SAML, OIDC , LDAP and custom integrations.

vantagemdm is a versatile identity and access management (IAM) solution that can help organizations efficiently manage user identities, devices, and access to applications via user groups and device groups. I have been using vantagemdm as a centralised IAM Solution to manage access to applications and device management and have been extensively worked on onboarding Applications to enable SSO functionality to keep users accessing features smooth and resilent.

Cons:

vantagemdm should come up with advanced features like Identity access governance features like recertification to application access with time-limited access policies. Few conditional Policies do not work for few applications which disable SSO capabilities.

We rely on staff tablets for care plans, medication records, and internal communication. VantageMDM makes distributing updates and apps incredibly easy, so staff always have the latest information at hand. The location tracking also helps us maintain accountability. It's user friendly enough that our staff didn't need much training.

Cons:

Setting up location tracking policies took a bit of time to get right which the customer support came through for us.

Pros:

Construction sites can be chaotic, and devices often goes missing. With VantageMDM, we know we can lock or wipe them instantly if that happens. Our IT team also uses remote control to troubleshoots tablets in the field, saving long trips across London. This has made our field operations smoother and more secure.

Cons:

We would love a feature to copy the entire policy setups across multiple projects more quickly and faster.
