PetDesk vs Shepherd: Which is best for you?

I like that we are able to view compliance reports directly in PetDesk, which actually makes it easier to view and use than our PMS does.

Another negative is that some settings can only be changed by PetDesk staff such as pushing a reminder at a certain time (appointment is on the schedule at 10am but you want the client there at 8am) or what types of appoinments get reminders.

It also integrates SMS texting and allows the comm's to be easily inserted into the patient file.

Occasional issues with speed/performance, the continuous updates create integration issues for us.
