- Screen capture quality is crisp, the editor is simple for trims, and the AI features (summaries, titles, and chapters) save real time when I’m sending demos to clients or explaining tasks to my team.
- I’ve hit an occasional hiccup with uploads on spotty Wi-Fi, and organization can get messy if your workspace grows without naming rules or folders.

- Small bugs once in a while, biggest thing that pisses me off is that when element is highlighted in the captured image, like an arrow and they I click on thumbnail to copy whole image only arrow is copies. And when paste and dont check sometimes I have delete the image from where I pasted, deselect element in Snagit and do it again
