Great experience learned a lot from D-ID and they are so unique I cant find another Ai video maker like them

It is very useful and fun to watch for your audience during your presentation. You can use it for an ice-breaker activity or draw the audiences’ attention very easily. I have been using it for more than a year.

Extremely disappointing experience, I was ready to use it thoroughly and pay every month, I will redirect to an alternative if I am not quickly contacted, reimbursed and compensated for the inconvenience caused to my wallet student broke! ------ Expérience extrêmement décevante, j'étais prêt à l'utiliser à fond et payer tous les mois, je vais me rediriger vers une alternative si je ne suis pas rapidement recontacté, remboursé et dédommagé de la gêne causée à mon portefeuille d'étudiant fauché!

It appeared to be a good product, but within several uses, it was obvious the coding is buggy… Also, the CANCELLATION feature does not work properly, as they continued to bill me after cancellation. Customer service notified me that they would fix the situation, only after attempting to illegally debit my account several times.. Bad business
