The wonderful people of UScreen

Any time, any issues - Uscreen always respond very promptly and efficiently. They have a deep understanding of their own product of this, and this is always translated into an appreciation of our bespoke platform.

Pros:

The amazing people are at the core of UScreen and their superb customer support. They have always taken time to become fully briefed and then they can deliver great customer support responses.

Cons:

Hard to find an issue with them - but if really pushed, and it's also a minor compliment: they have a suggestion box, which I did put forward ideas, but they insist on there being some consensus from other users before any idea is adopted. Fair enough I guess.

I love the professionalism of the site. The ease of use is incredible and it looks so impressive to clients.

Cons:

I would like more help with marketing vs. self-taught. As I am so busy, I find that I am doing bare minimum and not taking full advantage of all that the platform has to offer.

All too hard, Frustrating, Incompetent tech team

The most frustrating company to be affiliated with. Incompetent. They don't address the technical issues you face on your site. You have to employ external tech guys if you want anything added to your site. There are constant issues. I pay USD1000 per year to use their site. Not worth the money. Really frustrating.

You will not regret your decision to work with Uscreen.

We have a dedicated account manager who has guided us through each step and been able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Deciding to move our service to Uscreen was a big, but easy decision to make, due to their support. We will finally be able to launch our mobile apps, because of how simple they make it. Outstanding support overall!

Very user-friendly both for admins and customers. They are the epitome of a white label product - we have been able to customize time and again to fit our product and our brand. The Uscreen team is always adding new features and upgrades.

Cons:

I only have good things to say. When there has a been any issue, they are quick to respond.

Top notch platform

I migrated uscreen after a stressful experience with another platform. I was instantly impressed with the backend capabilities that elevate my customers’ experience. I no longe have to ‘piece’ parts together. Uscreen is all in one and makes it easier to focus on growing my business.
