Great user-friendly interface, built-in redaction tools that improves confidentiality, granular access controls for secure document sharing, and real-time activity monitoring.

The only things I would improve are: the download mechanics (just start the download immediately without needing to navigate to a new screen and don't send me emails about my download being ready), the index UI feels a bit clunky, and the search feature struggles to pick up the contents of documents where uploading the contents to a doc review software and searching does capture the contents of easily readable documents.

User-friendly, intuitive, possibility to translate documents immediately, IA tool, the data room's inbox, the organization of the Q&A tool with the number of unread questions, drafts and questions dated more than 3 days old which allows for an efficient follow-up.
