  • Having a dedicated business line with tracking, voicemail, and call analytics has helped me stay organized and never miss important calls from customers.
  • The one thing I didn't like was that I entered a number that I wanted to use and when I typed it in, since that exact number was not available it abbreviated the number for me, but didn't notify me to either change the number or give me a heads up that the number was going to be altered a bit.

  • Dialpad has allowed or remote team to have some continuity with incoming calls & texts & made it easier to record the information covered in each communication.
  • The lack of accountability and responsiveness from Dialpad's customer support is the biggest downside. Despite numerous attempts to resolve a billing issue, they consistently fail to provide solutions, leaving us overcharged for services we don't use.
