8x8 Work vs Intermedia Unite: Which is best for you?

From my first contact with 8x8 I was helped to understand the product and its benefits. Once I signed up 8x8 took care of porting my work number to the system and setting up my personal line and a line for our fax (fax calls to that number are routed to our 800 fax number).

Calls only come through about 80% of the time and voicemails take a long time to show up.

Through the use of mobile apps and video conferencing, our ability to broaden communications within the company, outside vendors and partners has simplified our unique hybrid office platform.

Can't figure out how to set a different and unique ring tone for my cell phone to let me know it's the "office line' ringing.
