Dialpad vs JustCall: Which is best for you?

Dialpad has allowed or remote team to have some continuity with incoming calls & texts & made it easier to record the information covered in each communication.

The lack of accountability and responsiveness from Dialpad's customer support is the biggest downside. Despite numerous attempts to resolve a billing issue, they consistently fail to provide solutions, leaving us overcharged for services we don't use.

We find the transfer feature to be quite helpful, along with shared phone numbers and text (SMS) inboxes.

The support team’s explanation was convoluted at best — citing a mix of free trial credit usage, unclear billing practices, and a requirement to maintain a minimum account balance, even just to access the bundled minutes.
