WebinarGeek is webinar software designed to help businesses stream presentations, record live webinars, share prerecorded videos, and manage on-demand webinars.

Key features include co-presenting, sharing presentations, statistics, marketing tools, integrations, event management, screen sharing, mobile access, social media promotion, and customizable branding.

Teams using WebinarGeek can build custom registration pages with company logos and colors that can be embedded within business websites, helping establish brand identity.

Participants can use the registration form to subscribe to webinars through the website. Additionally, users can import contact information via CSV files, send emails to customers and facilitate client communication.

WebinarGeek offers paid webinars, enabling enterprises to collect payment from viewers to participate in webinars. Available in English and Dutch, it helps generate reports to analyze the behavior of an individual as per desired success metrics. Pros:

WebinarGeek is very easy to use and makes hosting webinars accessible for everyone. I especially love their good customer service, they reply very fast and take your feedback into account! Once I suggested a change to something and they actually made that change, within a day or so. Other than that, everything is always working as it should and I've never had any issues while doing a webinar.

Cons:

When you co-host a webinar with someone else and also want to show some slides to the audience, you can only select one host to be visible at a time and the screen with the slides become very small, so it's hard to read when you're giving the webinar.

We have incorporated your feedback into the tool. You can now click on the + mark to zoom in on your presentation. The other possibility has multiple co-presenters visible at the same time is something we're still working on. For now it is still switching manually or automatically who is in the picture for viewers. We hope to have it ready in a few months. But will first take the time to test it and make sure it works without hiccups, to give you the best possible. Thanks again!

Big Fan of WebinarGeek

Professional and helpful, always available on the online chat facility and willing to help. We had an issue with the sound of our first recording being out of line with the video but their tech team resolved this for us and provided us with a perfect copy in no time at all.

With WebinarGeek we can set up webinars, integrate with our mailing software and manage subscribers with ease. It's sleek and professional from creating the subscription page to delivering the live webinar and distributing recordings. Gives a glossy polished feel to our client training webinars. Invaluable!

Cons:

Would be nice to have a few more tailoring options when it comes to the sign up page and emails etc. It's a little limited in terms of editing the template, but the simple layout is more than ample for our needs

Pros:

Easy to use and the very friendly support in case of questions. Another Pro for us is that it is a Dutch company, but that's personal :-)

Cons:

In the earlier versions it was not possible to upload video's directly and could only be embedded from YouTube. In the recent versions this is solved, so for now, we don't really have cons to mention.

Looks are far more better, easier to use, pricing is better and on top of that ... WebinarGeek is Dutch

Pros:

It's very userfriendly and intuitive. At first you're a bit overwhelmed with all the options, but once you get the hang of it, the set-up is pretty easy. We really like some of the features we didn't have in other applications.

Cons:

The set-up can take a bit long sometimes and you have to scroll through a lot of windows to adjust just 1 thing. It can mean you have to do a lot of searching to find 1 specific thing. f.e. streaming set-up or adjusting the e-mails or webinarroom.

Livestorm has some restrictions and is not always super intuitive in use. f.e.presentation sharing or the chat/question tab

Pros:

Implementation of laws regarding personal data privacy (Dutch law: 100% AVG proof). For me this was one of the main reasons to switch. After using the free 14 days version I had no doubts at all. The software is easy to use, complete, tons of features to interact and best of all: very stable and reliable connection. In the back-end WebinarGeek has a lot of features installed for data analytics of registrations, viewers, replays, sending e-mails. etc. And if that isn't enough for you, they have created integrations with the most used software tools like MailChimp, HubSport, etc

Cons:

I honestly would not know. There is a small delay in what I see as host and what the viewers see (approx. 5 to 10seconds, I guess), but I guess this makes sense. It doesn't bother me at all.

Amazing support - low cost - very good performance

Pros:

Software is incredible easy to use. Step by step you create your webinars. It is easy to make changes and adjustments. Even in the basic version you have already enough functions to organise good webinars. Support is quick and really helpful. I upgraded my product to have extra functions, compared to other providers the price of webinargerk is much lower but you will receive everything you need.

Cons:

I really like the product. And every time you receive upgrades. When they communicate the news you think: I didn't miss it before, but now when I have it I am very happy with it.

I have tried a couple of different webinar software. For giving webinars I prefer webinargeek. Price, support, quality of streaming, usefully functions make this the best webinar software.

It's easy to use and it has all you need to create a webinar. I'm excited about de replay function we can use. The number of people that sign up for our webinars has increased much because of it! What's also nice, is that we can integrate with our tool HubSpot. We can collect so much data automatically now, instead of doing it manually. It's a huge time saver. Last, I want to give a compliment to the customer service. Every time I have a question, they help me via the live chat on their website. They respond very fast and always help me out with answers that really help me!

Cons:

Nothing to dislike about the WebinarGeek software.

Easy to use software from a friendly company

I use Webinargeek for hosting webinars. It's easy to use and I love the fact that it's not a large multinational. It feels like a group of (higly professional) friends, I love buying from them.

Pros:

The best thing is that the interface facilitates you to step by step create your (first) webinar. This made it really easy.

Cons:

In the help desk, some things are not easy to find. I would like some extra options to customize the registration page. However, this is easily solved by using the embed code on my website.

Reasons for choosing WebinarGeek

I've used GoToWebinar and find that the Webinargeek look and feel is much more modern. Besides that, the Webinargeek team feels much more easy to approach.

Best price versus value

I have worked with WebinarJam vor over 5 years. Always were there quality with the broadcast. WebinarGeek provided instantly superb quality. It was literaly our first problem-free webinar. Next to that WebinarGeek offers more functionality and much better support. I can only recommend this product.

WebinarGeek is easy to set up and provides a stable and good quality broadcast. I know that this is nog common for all webinar providers. Subscrition for the users is easy and the customer experience during the webinar is great. Due to the wisely selected features and easy to use for me as presenter.

Cons:

Hard to say, as you can read above I'm happy with the progression we got by switching to WebinarGeek.
