It's ease of use and affordability compared to other brands.
Cons:
I noticed that while a co-organiser or organiser is speaking, the video tends to come on and go off at intervals. This is not nice participant needs to see the face of the speakers at all times especially if the speaker's video is on and enabled.

Zoho save me Time and Resources!

It has been pretty good. My previous methods of doing webinars was all manual using a free conference program and manually recording all data. It was more time consuming than the actual webinar I was holding.

It is easy to setup and run. It is very easy to see how many people register for my webinars and record metrics.
Cons:
Sometimes I get a lot of emails from Zoho advertising Training and free trials for other pieces of Zoho software I don't use.

Reasons for switching to Zoho Webinar

No registration. No Metrics recording. Hard to organize separate registrations via email and record how many people attend, and capture their names using screen shots during my presentation. I hated using it and am so glad I found Zoho.

I am still learning the software. Overall it does what it is supposed to do (similar to Zoom). It has all the major features in a webinar platform; but for a lot less cost. My first impressions with the software is that its a good product

More features than competitors (Zoom); for less. Allows the ability of an antendee to full-user access rights in given permission by the host.
Cons:
Using the software in conjunction with internet tabs - moving from one tab to another is very cumbersome. Having to stop sharing a screen in order to click on another screen is very time consuming. It takes 5 clicks each time.

Cosst/benefit. I simply did not need the basic Zoom pricing. It was overkill.

I love the simplicity, and the fact that I can even stream life makes it more convenient and useful to me

There's nothing really I dislike as it entails all features, the only thing I will like them to enhance on is increasing the number of reminder before the webinar from Three to maybe they allow users decide how often they should send reminder, rather than restricting them to just three

That the webinars can be downloaded for editing later, and that the email communication chain has been presetup - client reg is easy.
Cons:
Uploaded contacts through the CSV is a pain. But the Zoho team assisted almost instantly

I like that you can see the attendee analytics and record the webinar. It also has a poll and built-in registration email features.
Cons:
I don't particularly like that co-organizers can't edit the registration emails when they're not in the same organization. Also, the "recording now" voice at the beginning of the webinar doesn't sound very pleasant.

Zoho is simply the best!

I loved using Zoho for my webinar and intend to use it for my other upcoming meetings and webinars. I liked the part where all the registrants were easily accessible before and after the event. The recording part was amazing, the prices are very fair.

I have so much to say on this, first the team was easily accessible and very ready to help. The process of setting up the webinar was easy, also how i could schedule reminders for both the attendees and absentees. The Zoho tech team had a call with me, guiding me in the process, and I was able to follow through without much hiccups.
Cons:
I dont have much to say about this because my experience was very good.
