About Morphic

Morphic is a no-code SaaS platform that enables users to create websites. For website creation and professional marketing materials, it is an automated design tool that uses agency design strategies and techniques to develop various creative solutions.

The AI-enabled creative agency creates websites and customized marketing materials for users based on company-specific information. Morphic pushes upgrades to ensure that all websites and marketing materials are aligned with brand styles and brand personality. Styles are applied to new layouts and changes from within a unified platform.

Morphic handles various processes, from brand styling to layout adjustments, making and executing design decisions according to requirements. It comes with pre-built, enterprise-level features such as integrations, filters on grids, and more. All Morphic websites include uptime with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) capabilities. Its AI-enabled tools also allow non-designers to produce designs.

Morphic updates all sites on the platform to ensure accordance with industry best practices, design trends, search engine optimization (SEO) standards, and performance optimization, among other changes.

I am a real lover of the work morphic does. It's easy to use interface that doesn't need savvy tech users is exceptional. It's tech team is one to reckon with. They are available 24/7 and give professional feedback that help me surf through any challenge I encounter with. I have found all it's features indispensable but most of all web hosting capabilities set it apart from other platforms. There are also pre-built explicit and highly customizable templates that comes in handy in the designing and building of websites and content addition that is essential for the running of our business. Lastly I find it cheap while it delivers quality and stunning performance therefore giving us 100% value for our money

Cons:

Honestly, Morphic saves us the headache of websites designing. I am able to edit and manage websites with little to no efforts and no hiccups so far.

The team, specifically their technical team, was incredibly responsive to issues and concerns that our team had.

Cons:

Unlike Wordpress or some of those other sites where you get a ton of customization, Morphic is a bit more rigged. You get ease of use for less functionality, a common occurrence in DIY design software platforms.

Great experience with Morphic!

So far, we have had a great experience working with Morphic and would recommend the platform to anyone looking to build out a high-quality website without paying the price for a design agency.

Pros:

When building out our website, we were looking at different "DIY" platforms. After spending time on a number of competitor website platforms, we continued to run into headaches as we tried to 'customize' existing templates -- issues only solvable by figuring out the code. Morphic offered the same 'DIY' option as the others, but was much more customizable and dynamic. Morphic allows us to easily make changes to our website while still maintaining strong site performance. If you are frustrated with the DIY solutions on the market, but are not looking to spend a significant amount with a design agency, Morphic is a great solution.

Cons:

Occasionally I have run into a bug when making edits, but the Morphic team is very quick to respond and address these minor issues.

If you're looking for a professional website, don't hire a designer or agency, use Morphic!

Very nice interface to use, like an apple product. It feels more like getting instant solutions from a designer who knows all about your company. It's also had lots of improvements over time, almost monthly and our site has actually improved in performance over time.

It created designs that clearly took our company info and goals into account in no time and gave us the tools to launch a super professional site. We didn't have to pay a designer thousands up front and it comes with lots of great features, integrations and layouts.

Cons:

Sometimes the staging link can take a minute to update. I understand that its because the code is actually rebuilt after each save, the same way a developer would code an update, but it would be nice if it only took a couple of seconds to update.

It was faster, more affordable, lower up front cost and the quality ended up being better than the agency solutions we were considering.

Reasons for switching to Morphic

We couldn't make updates very easily. Squarespace didn't offer design solutions - you basically have to know what you want to do. It didn't have features like filters on grids and other features. Using the same template as thousands of other companies made us feel like we're lacking uniqueness. Also, we weren't sure how to achieve our goals or bring out our brand before Morphic.

The flexibility of Wix and WordPress with better guardrails

Having managed sites built in WordPress and Wix, I found managing a Morphic site to be much more straightforward, with their site editor designed in an extremely user friendly way. It also seemed much easier to integrate 3rd party code for someone who is not tech-forward enough to manipulate code.

Loved the full service aspect of Morphic within a self-directed experience. The site and it's associated pages were extremely easy to architect with all of the features of a full-service website creator but with a more flexible template-forward environment that enables individual creativity without the fear of messing things up for us less tech-forward types.

Cons:

I'd like more access to the root domain, such as the robots.txt, though I get that making that self-directed could be disastrous in the wrong hands. Outside of that, I'd want a bit more control of the styling elements within a module template to better manage white space, etc.

Morphic is a great platform for visual artists

I find it to be very easy to use, which makes it fun. There is a kind of magic knowing how to make additions, deletions or changes to my site and being able to instantly publish it and see it live. It feels empowering and immediate.

Once my initial page designs were completed, I loved adding my imagery to the sections - uploading artwork, publishing it and reviewing it, then making image adjustments as needed. Once I understood the process, I was able to make ongoing refinements to get exactly what I wanted.

Cons:

If I have a criticism, it is about my assets. I have so many images - for illustrations, infographics, icons, and blog sketches - that it can be challenging to find that specific image to edit. There are in my case several hundred images to scroll through.
