MonSpark has helped fill a gap that other platforms couldn’t allowing us to grow our services for clients.

Pros:

Great set of features and configuration that allow us to cater for our infrastructure monitoring needs.

Cons:

There are more false positives that we would like. Manually creating each monitor takes time and could be improved by having a template that could be used.

User friendly monitoring with many options and an easy to use interface

Pros:

Monspark has made it easy to be alerted immediately when there are any issues found with downtime concerning my current hosting provider. I deal with people who use my site to book appointments, so any downtime at all can have a detrimental impact on my business and income. Monspark makes it possible for me to limit any downtime to the least amount possible. It is a breeze to configure the monitors and offers an extensive range of monitoring options, from uptime to text and image surveillance, right down to domain expiry and WHOIS checks. The support is also fast and friendly - truly a top-notch service!

Cons:

There really are no cons to the service as I can currently see. The robust monitoring features and ease of use make it an ideal solution for anyone looking for a service like this.

Just a preference when it came to the user interface. I found Monspark's layout to be much more to my liking.

I think MonSpark is a good tool to check the uptime of our Agency webs. We provide a better service using MonSpark

Cons:

Maybe, a preset of the setup of new monitor. For example, set the notification emails, the days of ssl checks, etc.Create an API helps us to automatize some process.

A super powerful and yet friendly monitor for websites and servers and more!

Managing client websites involves a lot of tasks, but aside from working with the site itself we must also sleep well.If a site goes down or there are issues, we don't want to have a call from the angry client, but be pro-active, and this is where Monspark comes handy.I had a few downtimes due to the server infrastructure, and was immediately informed by Monspark, so i was able to detect the issue and raise a ticket, speeding up the fix and downtime.Another experience was related to my old hosting company, where i kept a significant amount of sites.I realized that some of them had a constant and frequent downtime of 1-3 hours per day, during night time most of the times.The 99% uptime advertised by the company quickly became about 70% uptime after i could spot this with Monspark, but in the past i never noticed such issue.It's basically our watchdog.

The ease of use for monitoring apps is very important, even with some free options i think having Monspark gives really more than this.We can monitor for SEO changes, cookies, sitemap, tech stack change and moreThese features are super and having more website to manage can easily help to break even the cost. In my opinion the Growth plan with 50 sites is amazing for agencies, it means it will cost about 12$/year per site which is incredibleDeploying a monitor takes a few minutes and we can immediately benefit from the insights it provides in a clean dashboard.I love the app!

Cons:

Nothing really, sometimes the support is a bit slow to answer but i had no issue with the app itself and i consider myself super happy

Out of all I tried this one is a keeper!

I use it to mainly monitor my own and my clients' websites' uptime. Also, use it for some deals online to watch pricing changes. Easy to use, easy to set up.

A flexible system of alters, including website downtime monitoring

Initially I was interested in this software for monitoring changes in Government sites that offers contracts, so not to miss deadlines for presenting documents. Right now, I use it a lot to improve the performance (detecting downtimes) and security of my sites (not having to remember when a domain or and SSL expires).

Pros:

It is a set and forget system that not only alerts you when the site is down, and when up again, but also informs of the evolution of the response time. Allowing to choose the best hosting. But also has features that alerts of thing such as "domain's who is monitor", "SSL expiration", "domain expiration", Lighthouse Audits to helps you monitor your page quality and detect potential problems, etc. There fore it works also as a security suite, in addition to down time measurement. I also like that it is very generous in terms of the quantity of monitors that can be created.

Cons:

Being my fault, in some of the monitors I do not understand all the possibilities. It would be good to have more guidance. The good point is that it has a feature when you enter an URL and MonSpark creates automatically 19 different monitors for that URL.

Cost-effective website monitor with a number of useful options

It's all the problem of being able to track SEO changes that impact speed. Being able to look at the historical trend is super useful as well.

I really like the page speed reporting. It's important SEO and if an issue pops up and causes the page speed to decrease, it's nice to know about right away.

Cons:

Some of the reports are seemingly inaccurate. It says that we add or remove plugins regularly when that is not the case
