The dashboard gives a good overview of what needs attention, which makes it easier to stay on top of daily responsibilities. The communication tools are also helpful, allowing messages and notices to be sent quickly without having to use multiple apps or systems. Features like incident reports and package tracking add a layer of structure that helps the team stay consistent and accountable. Although no system is perfect, Condo Control provides a solid foundation for managing condominium operations and helps create a more organized and transparent experience for residents and staff.

What I liked most about Condo Control is how easy and intuitive it is to use. What I like least about Condo Control is that some sections feel outdated and require too many clicks to get to simple information. For example, navigating work orders or searching for past requests can be a bit time-consuming because the filters aren’t always intuitive and the layout isn’t as streamlined as it could be.

Unable to unlink another person's condo unit

Very finicky app and not very intuitive on what each icon is/has. Cannot unlink 2 different condos for some reason even though they show belonging to 2 different names.

App makes it very easy to access booking amenities. Can also see the announcements posted by the condo.

Cons:

Keeps linking 2 condos together, one of them isn't mine and the other is but if I change the other condo's email address it changes it for both condos.

As both a condominium manager and a resident, I appreciate that Condo Control centralizes almost everything we need into one platform. From a management perspective, the service requests, announcements, amenity bookings, and security logs are all streamlined, which saves a massive amount of time and reduces back-and-forth. The system is stable, the permissions are well thought out, and it integrates cleanly into day-to-day operations. As a resident, it’s convenient to receive updates instantly, book amenities easily, and access documents without having to email management. The mobile app is straightforward, and communication between residents, management, and security is more organized and transparent.

Cons:

The learning curve for new staff or residents can be steeper than expected—there’s a lot of functionality, and it’s not always intuitive on first use. Some modules feel dated and could benefit from UI modernization. A few areas (like reporting and document upload workflows) would be even more powerful with small quality-of-life improvements.

Nothing much really, just hope that there will be cheque income take report soon so that it can be tracked.

Service Tickets, community announcements and file Library has been a great assess for Managers tracking and keeping the community update date.

Cons:

The amenity booking calendar and the event calendar can be synced, and given the number of social events in our community, having them integrated would be extremely helpful from a management perspective. Owners tend to rely solely on the event calendar, and when they book through the amenity calendar without seeing a conflict, they assume their booking is automatically approved. If an event is already scheduled in the event calendar, that time should not appear as available in the amenity booking system. I understand this may not be feasible for all sites, but having the option to sync the two calendars would greatly reduce confusion and improve workflow

It works well overall for communication in our community. We use the posting of notifications regularly. Their customer service help is usually very swift and professional.

Cons:

Sometimes a little tough to figure out how to do things. Could be streamlined how to add and subtract new board members, edit roles, etc.
