About Emersion

Emersion is a business automation solution that helps businesses process payments, manage customer engagement and handle subscription and recurring billing operations. Employees can use customizable templates to generate invoices by including all services in a single bill, adding company logos and displaying billing history.

Emersion offers a self-service portal, which allows customers to view and activate new services, manage multi-step activation and service ticketing processes, view payments and manage accounts. It offers a variety of features such as task management, workflow automation, order management, compliance tracking, reporting and more. Additionally, customers can receive automated notifications for order status, payment confirmation and account settings via email and text messages.

Emersion comes with an application programming interface (API), which facilitates integration with various third-party platforms such as Microsoft Office 365, Xero, Salesforce, ConnectWise Manage and more. Pros:

It’s very easy to use and handle because of it great features, we can also send reminders notifications for payment and it’s very easy to update any detail

Cons:

There is a lack of automation like if we upload a document in the system it should automatically sync all the details and update it accordingly
