- more than once I didn't ACTUALLY send a payment that I thought I did, because their process involves several steps of confirmation and the last step looks like a confirmation page... but you have to actually scroll down to the bottom of the page and approve the payment one more time, before it will be sent. And the page is formatted just long enough that the button is not visible on a regularly sized browser screen, you have to scroll down to see it).
