NetSuite vs QuickBooks Desktop: Which is best for you?

We are using their system for Customer Relationship Management and Accounting. As I mentioned above, it has improved our data accuracy, we have more reliable data, and improved our reporting to the donors and our Council (board)

Navigating the system can feel overwhelming, especially for new users, and customization sometimes requires technical expertise that not every company has in-house.

I was able to input all the pertinent information whenever a transaction was done, and the software processed the information for each client and transaction seamlessly.

It does not have the ability to automatically add a credit card convenience fee to an invoice when you send the invoice out with the Intuit payment link.
