Pros:

Les Smart-Fields : la possibilité de créer des champs personnalisables directement dans le documents pour créer des modèles de contrats réutilisables. L'API : la possibilité de connecter la plateforme à ses outils internes pour améliorer l'expérience de signature de ses propres clients.

Cons:

Si l'interface de création des documents et l'interface de signature pour le client sont très bien, l'interface d'administration (gestion des utilisateurs et paramétrage du compte) pourrait être améliorée.
