When it's working, it's great.For a long time the response time for an inquiry sent to the support team was 2 or more business days, which, when the feed is stalled, really affected our ability to process and ship orders. Lately I have received a response from your support team within a few hours of sending my inquiry which is great! Please keep that up. Your help articles look like they have been updated recently as they are more user friendly with clearer instructions.
