About Brave

Browse the web faster and block data-grabbing ads and trackers with Brave. Brave's secure web browser utilizes IPFS integration, a peer-to-peer hypermedia protocol, to prevent online tracking and load content faster. brave review

I can tell that my general experience with brave is better than with chrome, those big browser use so much cookies and AI to track you, that are a danger. So by using brave I can feel that I can recover my own independecy surfing the web, rather than the application showing me what to click on.

Pros:

Talking about web browser services, I use brave as my main web brawser in my personal life. at my company edge is the web browser prefer by the work applications. But I centainlly prefer brave above chrome and edge.

Cons:

Generally I dont have any big complain against brave, but I cannot use it with many applications within my work. Many of them can only load and log in with the edge browser at work, and I am not sure what would be the reason why brave does not work with those sites. As I can use chrome and edge for work applications but not brave.

Reasons for switching to Brave

In brave I feel I am in control of what I am doing, rather than being constantly overwelmed by adds and any sort of distractions. Brave feels better in these days.

A good alternative for Chrome but not mature enough

An average experience, for now I have decided to switch back to chrome but I hope that in the future Brave will mature nicely and I will definitely test it again

I love the embedded thor browser and the torrent client, that's a big BRAVO

Cons:

It happened often that a web page that would flawlessy work with chrome or other browsers did not load or it was broken. Also imho the rewards system is non-sense and pretty annoying.

Pros:

I've been using Brave as my primary browser for a few years now. I find it fast, stable, and full of useful features. The built-in ad blocker is definitely great—I keep it enabled for all sites, and browsing has become cleaner and faster. I also really like the idea of crypto rewards; they accumulate very slowly, but in the first few years of using it, I managed to earn a few dozen euros by exchanging them a bit. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Nothing. Sometimes the crypto wallet disconnects, and you need to log in again. It's nothing annoying or blocking, but I thought I'd mention it.

One of the best browser with full privacy

I only use it for surfing and to watch you tube without ads and it also don't close its tab after shut down.

I has no ads feature also blocks tracking and we can also view you tube without ads it had good UI and also comes with in build VPN.

Cons:

No google account login, while replacing others 3rd party ads it displays it own ads and in build VPN is paid.

It didn't provide any ads blocking feature and I have privacy issues on them as they use google account login.

Privacy first, Brave team knows that, with Brave browser you can kill scripts, ads and more, so you can feel safe while web browsing

Simple no fuss browser with amazing privacy protection and ad blocking. Switching from Chrome was easy and was able to import all my data.

Cons:

I don't have any negative experiences with Brave. Underrated product and will only improve with more exposure.

Great browser for unbiased searching and browsing. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Brave. It is safer to use, not only for direction of searching but also with privacy settings available that are not available with other mainstream browsers.

The non-biased web and search results allow me to be more in control of directing my searching.

Cons:

I had some minor issues with loading certain websites and documents; some extensions I like with other browsers were not available.

I could tell that chrome was guiding my search results rather than letting me organically find information, they also wanted too much personal information to use their services.
