Peace of mind. All data backed up, synced with GDrive. Platform UI is so clean and easy to navigate. Just discovered that the platform almost mirrors our Apps UI. TOP

Easy reassuring backup partner

Great experience in setting up and weekly assurance emails. Has all I need as I grow the business. The trial went well and was easy to convert. Setup was super easy and intuitive

Very easy to use - easy set up and great dashboard. I receive weekly reminders that everything is under control - the right amount of reassurance without being bugged by too many alerts and emails . Easy to add other apps to the backups . Well priced .

Cons:

No issues - easy and intuitive. I haven't had anything to take issue with so far. So no cons to talk about

Pros:

Nothing, since it didn't work at all. Trying to restore a project gave me errors that support couldn't fix.

Cons:

Service was non-existent. Replied once to my request then ghosted me without fixing the issue.

Easy set-and-forget peace of mind

Set and forget. Reasonable price. No issues at all. Can see where the backups are and are being updated daily.

Cons:

It appears that while I was getting "Google Drive" backups under my previous plan, and could see them working, this wasn't grandfathered in when their plans changed, so I appear to have lost that feature. Not a huge issue for me.

Peace of mind, once I set up, it runs itself. I love that I get a weekly email, just peace of mind its all still running.

Cons:

The price has gradually crept up, which makes it tricky for small business with large amounts of data.

Pros:

Ease of us was a big factor. We signed up, connected our Clickup Workspace and let 'er rip. Daily backups for piece of mind at a great price.

Cons:

Nothing really. It does exactly what its supposed to do. If I had to pick something, it would be the ability to migrate data from Clickup over to Asana, Jira, etc but that is not the purpose of this software anyway.

Works as promised. Constant improvements over time and fast support. After some time to get used to the UI the work with pro Backup is easy and works perfekt for us.

The customer support was always available. They also reached out for a feedback call where we discussed the needs of our company and process improvements.

That the UI was not guiding me intuitiv to comments of lists and that the location of those information is not easy to access.

ProBackup for Podio Data

The support and product is good, and we can trust the security and integrity of our data with ProBackup. We do not need to compare products to have the best backup solution.

ProBackup was really easy to configure to safeguard our Podio backup data. The interface has been improved and the handling of bulk data volumes is very efficient.

Cons:

When working with large sets of data, it was sometimes hard to filter to exact records we wished to isolate for restoration.
