Workfacta Business Management Transformed

The entire journey that I have had with the Workfacta team and the product itself has been nothing short of amazing. The full onboarding that occurs with the platform is a refreshing approach and sets the Workfacta platform apart from the competition. I believe every organisation, regardless of size would benefit from the use of Workfacta.

Pros:

The Workfacta platform is an amazing tool that helps any organisation in business efficiency. The platform allows any team within a business to keep track of all opportunities, challenges, and action items and ensures that nothing is dropped. In addition to this, it will allow you to tie all of those activities to annual goals and quarterly targets.

Cons:

The only issue that I can raise is one which is not a fault of the program, but the building of the discipline in the use of Workfacta. I call it the Workfacta muscle. Some members within an organisation will quickly build that muscle and continue to use it, whilst others need more prompting to do so. It is part of the journey in the implementation of Workfacta in every organisation.

A platform just for Leadership Teams

It was refreshing to see a platform solely dedicated to the high-level growth and operations of a business. I have seen firsthand large companies with dozens of integrated I.T. systems deployed, and yet the Executive Leadership Team have resigned themselves to run their own weekly meeting on a spreadsheet! WorkFACTA is a small investment in the most important area of your business.

Pros:

WorkFACTA is uncluttered and doesn't try to be or do everything. It keeps a focus on the critical high-level metrics for any Leadership Team - Goals, Opportunities, Challenges - and ties everything back to an Action and a Timeframe to drive accountability. It greatly assists in our weekly meetings and helps us in working 'on' the business. Prior to this, it was very easy to lose that important time getting dragged into the day to day issues; this platform doesn't allow that to happen, and keeps everyone disciplined.

Cons:

Some sorting and filtering options could be slightly improved for user experience but these are continually being refined I have noticed.

A Great Goal Setting and Monitoring Tool

Management teams are most effective when core objectives are shared and progress towards them transparent. Workfacta is the best tool I have found for collaborative goal setting and monitoring in a team environment

Cons:

Would be greatly improved through an API to automatically populate the "numbers"

The Workfacta has simple software to use to keep your Team, Activates and Strategic direction on path.

Cons:

Our business was one of the first users of the software. There were some glitches along the way. To Workfactas credit there were ironed then out. The program has continually got better. If you buy anything like this and the company is listening to its customers you are on a winner.

Workfacta Product Review

Our overall experience with Workfacta has been wonderful. The journey from baptism to becoming a Workfacta champion has been a very enriching experience. The tool is such a powerful platform that will transform any organisation to become more effective and efficient.

Pros:

The product has two main strengths that drew us to Workfacta. Firstly, the product encompasses an onboarding process that has all users in the room led by a Workfacta representative. This means that all facets of the tool are explained, questions can be asked, and we can even have a practice meeting to have a go at the product. Secondly, once the onboarding is complete, the use of the software is incredibly easy. If there are any questions, there is a very thorough self-help centre, and you can contact a Workfacta rep who will happily attend to your query.

Cons:

The system does not integrate with any other software/platform. This would be tricky given that every organisation uses different software/platforms for their everyday use, but if there was a wish list this would be on it.

Reasons for choosing Workfacta

The ease of use, the availability of the robust self-help centre, the accessibility to a Workfacta representative and the thorough onboarding for the organisation make the Workfacta product a cut above the rest.
