Pros:

Ensys has been using Energis since 2017. We are very happy with the software in every aspect as it helps us to visuale savings and analyse consumptions.

Cons:

The software syntax is rather complicated in use. It takes some time and effort to get to understand.

A helpful tool to develop energy analysis

Pros:

It's fast to add data and create different views with nice graphics. It's a good tool to import data in real time.

Cons:

It needs more graphics features. It's not that easy to code using the metrics and sometimes needs help from the customer support.

because of the many features its not always that simple to use, but once you know the know how its a great tool.

Greatly versatile and adaptable to all energy monitoring needs

We have implemented water leakage supervision with alerts that send out emails, planning to generalise to gas and electricity as well.As an energy manager I find this tool perfectly adapted to the need I encountered. I've encountered resistance towards the platform from people that expect to understand it instantly and instinctively. I don't think this can be achieved and at the same time keep the level of complexity we require as energy managers.

Pros:

It's capability ranges from data modeling to alerting on complex conditions, from complex dashboards to email sending.It's built so that you can make the data structure fit to your needs and at the same time built to not have to repeat the same operation multiple timesAbsolutely great customer support!

Cons:

Not really a con, it's just the way it's built. The tool can be seen as complex to begin with, there's quite a lot of concepts to master before understanding the whole. I'd say it requires an "expert" in the team for handling.No capability of sharing dashboards(templates) outside the platform.

Best solution for energy management

Migrated almost 1000 sites with new developments and the team was really helpful, providing assistance on both data and also energy topics. Our main goal was to merge several solutions into one in order to provide all functions we need on a daily basis (monitoring, reporting, tv screens...) and also improve our management of self-consumption for photovoltaics with the ability to provide reporting and monitoring in euros and not only in kWh. Perfect match!

Making the invisible, visible through Energis.Cloud

Energis.Cloud is an awesome team. They dedicate the time needed to truly customize the Platform to its Client's needs. The use of Energis.Cloud has helped both our company and Client to identify saving opportunities. The Platform is not only informative but also insightful.

Pros:

Energis.Cloud allows us to analyze energy data to identify energy waste. The platform allows to easily identify areas of improvement, overconsumption, and saving opportunities. Energis.Cloud has the flexibility to translate complex data into simplistic terms.

Cons:

Two immediate changes I'd suggest is to have a day/night option & to give an occupant (view-only) user slightly more flexibility in what it can see/changes it can make etc. An example would be for a view-only user to changes time intervals for Dashboard views.

We use your solution for energy efficiency projects, consumption monitoring and generating allert, I like the fact that it is exactly what we need for projects monitoring and energy management with easy and smart outlook.

Cons:

To be honest, what I was not happy for it has been implemented so now I have no more unliked thing.

The software is easy to use and has a detailed manual online.

Cons:

At the time I was using the custom dashboard featured didn't allow all charts, while the normal dashboard had more possibilities for charts. (has been a year so it is possible that they have added more features).
