I really appreciate the flexibility of Energis.Cloud. It’s the best multi-site platform I’ve worked with, and the developers are proactive, always thinking along and offering solutions that fit our needs.

Cons:

Initially, the system was a bit slow. However, the Energis team addressed this over time and performance has significantly improved.

Overall very extensive software with a lot of tools and views. Some simple, easy to use tools on a daily base would be a nice to have.

Pros:

The features are very extensive, a lot of analytical tools and nice dashboards to get an overview for multi-site management.

Cons:

Because of the focus on analytical tools it is sometimes hard for daily easy browsing trough data. Easy browsing to simple graphs and transformations without the need to set up anything would be nice as energy manager.

Company policy made us switch and also functionality wise we were limited with DEXMA. Also some false promises were made on DEXMA's side.

The overall experience of the platform is great. We use it daily for all our clients and it provides flexibility and ease of use.

Pros:

De data management and the reporting tools of Energis are unmatched. Combine this with a very client friendly team with great customer support and you got a great product.

Cons:

Sometimes the server takes a while to respond. But this did not negatively affect the overall product, it only provides an area to improve.

The portal looks great and is easy to use (after a few provided training sessions). What stands out is their continuous focus on improving their product and introducing new tools and features. This shows they are innovative and truly committed to adding value for their customers.

Cons:

There are no significant downsides. Even when there is a delay or a minor bug, they are always easy to contact and resolve the issue quickly.

You won't find better anywhere else.

I recommend Energis.Cloud. The tool is excellent. The support team is excellent (responsiveness, motivation, etc.). The projects completed have been very satisfying.

The tool is perfectly suited for implementing an energy management system. It is fully customizable (assets, metrics, dashboards) and easy to use. It offers numerous advantages such as advanced predictive models and dynamic alert systems

Energis.Cloud succeeded to make a nice overview of several years of energy data. This was very usefull to give more information to the higher management to show the savings that have been made. Also the correlation between prices and energy consumption.

Energis.Cloud makes it possible to compare data from different measurement of devices of different brands. So you can make correlation between different data systems. Energis is also good in making reports and alerting when abnormalities are being found.

Cons:

You cannot use Energis.Cloud without having a training session. So it take some time to get started to use Energis.Cloud. But the given training sessions are good to get started with Energis.Cloud.

Reasons for choosing Energis.Cloud

We did not chose Energis.Cloud over other alternative products. For us as an college, it is important to use a lot of different tools and applications, so we can educate our students with all the several tools that are excisting. Energis.Cloud is one of those tools that makes it possible for our students to use a good energy management system that fulfill different tasks (aggregation of datasets of different meters, make reports,...) that they need in their educational format and later on can use with their future employer.

Actually nothing. It took a while to get the structure, but it works pretty logically.
