Dashboard with graph chart of energy effective unit cost and energy variable cost with respect to timeline provides proper information for planning on energy maintenance. Easy to upload spreadsheet. Instant generation of reports, save lots of time by reducing manual works.

Cons:

There is a limitations in customisation of dashboard. Desktop version of software is not available, software need to be enhanced for desktop version.

Its implementation is easy with the user simply downloading bills as they come in to create a instant snapshot of cost, carbon footprint and consumption in the organisationIts dashboards are self explanatory and its reporting very detailedA good feature is that it allows the administrator select certain groups access to data on a temporary or permanent basis. It also allows you to estimate future energy cost of organisation. Any improvements from retrofits ,new insulation and general energy saving projects are instantly visible. Any renewables can be credited against energy output

Cons:

The fact that it does not have a follow on system making recommendations to cut energy bills.
