Hamlet Co streamlines the core operations of flexible space businesses through automation and data centralization. With one platform users can simplify their operations from bookings and billings to member onboarding.

The booking features allows users to promote live availably of their inventory. Take the pressure off their team and encourage members to book their own rooms, desks and more. Users will never have a double booking again! Plus, users can choose to automatically add bookings to monthly invoices or be paid upfront.

Hamlet Co integrates with XERO for all users billing needs. With a high-level of billing controls they can manage the majority of their space needs in-platform. Adjust invoices, add credit notes and create a list of debtors.

The platform features in-built support, with helpful prompts and the ability to raise support requests in-app or via email. With unlimited email support, the team are ready to help.

Useful dashboards take the complexity out of reporting and processes. See what is outstanding, revenue movements and more. Users can easily adjust pricing controls by square meter, desk or customize this by location.

    Must have for your business!

    Our day-to-day operations would be so much more timely without Hamlet. We have moved so much of our data into the platform and it's so easy having it all in the same place.

    Pros:
    Hamlet is so straight forward and user-friendly. The lead process has been made so much simpler through using Hamlet, as well as our member management. Additionally, the booking system is probably my favourite as it is so clear and easy to view your bookings at a glance.
    Cons:
    The only feature that could use a little tidy up is the admin analytics section, it's not as straight forward as the rest of the platform and takes a bit more getting used to.

    Hamlet has improved our operations, bookings, member management and marketing potential for our Business.Hamlet provides a transparent and user friend approach for all staff.
    Cons:
    We would love to be able to make notes against member profiles and email directly from a members profile so all communication is saved and available for all staff to see.
