Growing My Business Using Activity Hub

I met with the [sensitive content hidden] and creator of Activity Hub,[sensitive content hidden], in 2016. I had just opened my art school and was frustrated with the scheduling systems I was using. I am old school and I was using my trusty paper calendar for attendance. Well, never thought I'd say this...but my paper calendar is no more. I use my IPAD and the Activity Hub for everything. I began to use Activity Hub and over the years it has grown to be an incredible system, all developed by [sensitive content hidden] and his team. [sensitive content hidden] worked closely with me and listened to my needs as an owner and surpassed those needs when building his portal. The Activity Hub team really cares about their customers and listens to what we need for our business to run easier and faster. Through the Activity Hub portal, I can add classes, delete classes, add or move students and add or delete banked days. The portal allows me to get reports, see reviews, develop a campaign, add merchandise to sell, add or expand my business profile, add coupons, manage my staff, add or delete my companies policies and so much more.

Pros:

Through the Activity Hub portal, I can add classes, delete classes, add or move students and add or delete banked days. The portal allows me to get reports, see reviews, develop a campaign, add merchandise to sell, add or expand my business profile, add coupons, manage my staff, add or delete my companies policies and so much more. It has made my life easier and help grow my business.

Cons:

There are bugs and glitches with the system that rarely happen but once reported to the Activity Hub team are fixed and improved quickly.

ActivityHub has been a game changer for our business. Before using this software, we spent A LOT of time stressing and sweating over website setup, online registration, and offering set up. With ActivityHub, we are able to efficiently upload activities and sessions so that we can focus our efforts on planning our programming, building community, and growing our business. The ActivityHub team is incredibly open to feedback and are always a quick email or call away when issues do arise. We love the ease of programming on the business end as well as features for contacting parents, attendance, and session management. Parent customers also seem to LOVE the parent end of the app, as well.

Well thought out, customer friendly and a Unique product to help business establishments to focus on their business needs than on setting up infrastructure.

Cons:

We cannot think of anything negative about the product. It was very much hand-in-glove experience for our team.
