I agree that the many features and areas of the platform can be pretty overwhelming at first. While we have extensive documentation in our knowledge base, we are also working on a training tool providing access to online courses and quizzes on the platform to gain knowledge in a more playful way. While this is a plan for the next year, we already offer certifications through our Academy for clients that successfully completed the onboarding and feel it is time to jump deeper into more advanced topics.
