    A game-changer that can help even the most complex clinical studies

    We used this product for a unique PK-based study that had subjects coming back for multiple site visits on a weekly basis and CRFweb was able address our need for customizing the eCRF as per the protocol requirements. It was even agile enough to change some of the aspects of the study databased during the study conduct due to protocol amendments. CRFweb also allows a lot of useful reports to be pulled independently by users (with appropriate access), without the need to contact the customer-support team. Even in extreme cases when they were contacted, the process of pulling out such specific reports turned out to be quite simple and easily reproducible. The same is true even for site-personnel who became well-versed on pulling out reports and entering data on the database, in a few days/with just a couple of try-outs.

    - Some UI challenges during login that required users to refresh the page every time

    "Our CRO business handles international clinical trials. We have been using the CRFWEB system from Clindox for our EDC requirements for several years now. The system has everything our team requires to deliver efficient and compliant clinical trials. We have used a number of the additional modules included medical coding (MedDRA) and more recently their integrated randomization module and Kit Management. We've also utilized SDTM coding and have used the CRFWEB platform for successful FDA submissions. Having these features integrated into one platform is extremely beneficial and saved us a lot of time. The Clindox team have always dealt with any queries in a highly responsive and professional manner. I highly recommend them."
    Cons:
    Automation for eCTD specifications is not up to the expectations which they may improve very shortly.

    In true sense - Cost effective ,User friendly system with ease of design, Not require additional platform/software to access and design CRF. They listen to you very carefully and understand your problems before serving you with any solution. CRFWeb is also ask for your opinions to improve services.
    Cons:
    Definitely based on opinions from variety of clients they can improve system dashboard and other internal features of designing. Also in future i would like to see feature which allow sites to enter data online as well as offline.

    The intuitive way in which CRFweb was designed makes it easy to work with it independently. The interface is user-friendly and creates a welcoming perception. It is well-organized, making it easy to locate different tools and options. The different features and commands are readily understandable. Albeit help was provided whenever needed, minimal explanations were required in how to use CRFweb. We did not use this software over a long term yet but so far, the product was very reliable and no malfunctions were noted.
