Xerox DocuShare vs Docusign: Which is best for you?

Xerox DocuShare is a cloud-based document management system that lets you view, manage, and collaborate securely on business documents and files anytime and anywhere.

What I liked most about Docushare was its well-organized and intuitive design for the end user.

The most useful thing for me is being able to create templates with custom fields (name, date, signature, initials), set up a flow of signers in sequential order and add SMS code authentication.

Limited branding or customisation options made documents feel a bit generic, which is a drawback when sending external-facing materials
