ShootProof is a photography studio software that allows photographers to create personalized photo galleries with versatile image sizes, effects, themes, and spacing. The solution enables clients to archive expired ShootProof’s picture collection for later use.

The cloud-based application enables organizations to create customizable subdomains and add gallery presets to the snapshot’s folder. With ShootProof, managers get the ability to insert several uploads to the queue, add logos, and choose various fonts via the activity dashboard. Additionally, photographers can modify a single gallery’s settings, generate distinctive layouts for each gallery, and manage different brands.

ShootProof facilitates integration with multiple photo management software such as Táve, Album Parrots, Two Bright Lights, Light Blue, Iris. Studio Ninja, Pixifi, 17hats, and more. The pricing of the product is available on a monthly basis and support is extended via email, phone, and online documentation.

ShootProof the Photographer's gallery service

I have been using shootproof for going on two years. It has been simple to figure out and has made providing a digital gallery to my clients simple to manage.

Pros:

I like being able to upload a softproof gallery and instantly share it with my clients. It also makes getting contracts signed easier than trying to do it physically.

Cons:

Sometimes the contracts would be hidden in a thread from shootproof in my clients' inboxes or wind up in their junk folder.

Shootproof Gallery Delivery

My overall experience has been excellent. If I have a question, it is usually answered within 24-48 if not sooner. The backend is very organized and easy to use. I love the templates and other free resources that they provide.

It is super easy to use and customize. Their customer service is excellent. The price point is good depending on the plan you choose I like how you can also buy contracts and other materials that you need at a discounted price They have updated their online shop to include more features for a better client experience You can invoice, collect payments, and send contracts all from the same program There are multiple reporting options You can add music to client galleries for an additional cost Mobile app is included They have easy to use customizable templates They host free webinars and their blog is very useful

Cons:

There are limited integrations with other popular photography apps/software that you may use, so extra steps are required depending on what you want to do. They do not have an option for clients to leave a client review on Google like Cloudspot

Great System for client galleries

Overall, I'm a big fan of shootproof and enjoy using it mostly as a means to deliver client galleries.

I greatly appreciate the new integration of scheduling and invoicing, making for a more all-in-one solution. Also having the integration with lawtog contracts is wonderful.

Cons:

Sometimes things feel a bit redundant, or client gallery, contract, invoice don't all connect.

Pros:

I like the ease of use. It is very easy to upload your photographs to this program and in a few clicks they are for sale. I also like the ideas and training they offer for Free.

Cons:

The main con to this program is that if you use them to process your credit card orders it takes about a week before you see your money in your account.

Seems great for portrait and wedding photographers

I felt it a good service for photographers who do portraits and weddings as they can provide temporary albums where the client can choose and comment on the specific photos they want. For me with a static gallery, it was not attractive enough and rather limited.

I received rather good support from the service. In some cases, it seemed I didn't get sufficient direction, but there is a lot of support Help on site. Once you get used to the way the navigation words, it is rather easy to populate and use.

Cons:

For a static image gallery for resale of photos, it seemed to lack the navigation ability and luster for the sight. The navigation wasn't totally easy to adopt compared to other online hosting services. The setup was hard to master at first and not intuitive.
