User friendly tool.

If you grow you online business to new countries this administration will helps a lot. I just added another domain for another country and it is still managed in the same administration.

Cons:

I was not able to call with support by phone. But they are available via chat and emails, responding within an hour. They made a ticket so it was easy to follow up my request in time.

beautiful UI and personal approach of the team. Migration is a big deal for e-shop as platform change is always critical, but team made it clear and professional always communicating what is going to happen in advance

Cons:

it is only a part of e-shop architecture, you need frontstore agency to develop the visual part of shop as well take care of SEO, marketing or any other activities. TheShop is pure headless administration not a complete box solution.
